“Hahaha.” They rushed toward him, and he stepped toward them too. Their excitement quickly turned to disappointment when they realized he wasn’t holding any cupcakes. “Did you bring us cupcakes today?” they asked. Nat put his face down, faking a sad expression. The crowd groaned and began to frown—until he pulled out a bag containing popsicles. “Surprise,” he said They erupted into loud cheers. The popsicles were in different flavors—vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry some dipped in chocolate with sprinkled tips.

"You're in charge of these, prince." "I won't lose them! I promise!" He clutched the tickets like precious artifacts. "Popcorn?" I asked Madison. "He'll want the large with extra butter." "And candy?" "Gummy bears. The sour ones." I ordered at the concession stand, watching the teenager pile butter onto popcorn that could feed a small army. Madison grabbed napkins, lots of them, clearly preparing for an inevitable mess. Ethan carried his gummy bears with reverence. "Can I eat them during the movie?"

The grill lines stretched long, and the tables groaned under potluck that could feed an army, and that's exactly what it did. Storm stood in the middle of it all like a pint-sized dignitary, moonstone at his throat flashing whenever he clapped. He toddled to the carousel, put both hands on the bright blue horse, and announced “Mine,” which earned him several slow, dignified laps on his pony. "Did you mean to throw this?" a voice said. We both turned around to see Leo, holding Luca's popsicle. "Umm," Luca replied.

We place the popcorns and snacks at the stands and get ready for the movie. "Sis its our first movie together" whispers Jessica into my ear. I smirk and reply "I think Bazoda was better" she laughs nodding. "We can watch it together. Is it a movie?" asks Daniel overhearing our conversation. "It's a... A girl screaming silently. I sat and drank until I’d finished the bottle. By then the movie was done, too, and a crowd was starting to form around the stage. I stood up to walk over there, but had to catch myself on the bench. I felt dizzy, but it wasn’t so bad. I opened the other bottle when I caught my balance and made my way over.

“Last time I had ice cream, it was before Base Two broke my ribs for missing a strike in training. I don’t even remember what the shit tastes like.” His grin was smug. “Then today’s your lucky day.” The stand was a tiny one, tucked on the corner near a park. Kids ran past us with sticky fingers, their laughter sharp enough to make something twist in my chest. I shoved it down. Thomas bought two cones — vanilla for him, strawberry swirl for me. He handed mine over like it was a peace treaty. I licked it once, slow, cautious. Then again. Sweetness hit my tongue like a punch. Cold, sticky, ridiculous. "We should get some popcorn," Dennis said, pointing to the stand. "Sure," I replied, nodding eagerly. We got a large tub of popcorn and two drinks and walked into the theater. It was dark and not very occupied yet, which made me feel a little more comfortable.

Alice was fascinated, looking at the huge LED advertising display outside, converging all the dim eyes in his eyes, looking dull. They arrived early and the movie didn't open until twenty minutes. There was a long line of popcorn over there, and Barry consciously lined up. Alice looked at him in surprise: "Mr.Barry, what are you doing?" Now this is where you're seeing a man selling burger that looks dry as hell" Malcolm said making me laugh. "That's not burger meat though. The girl who died, that's her meat" Nathan said making me gag.
