He thought, after losing her memory, she might have developed an interest in reading books. He took a book out of his bag and passed it to her. Lisa’s eyes widened to see the book. He actually gave her a journal of physics. She thought he would give her a magazine or at least a novel. She looked at the journal dumbly, and then her eyes moved to Carl Black, only to meet his curious gaze.

She was too fragile, and she wouldn't be able to withstand my anger. "You know what I’m talking about. The book you snatched from me earlier. I need it back," Lisa said, stretching out her hand with a look that demanded I give her the book I had taken from her. But I wasn’t going to. She would only laugh and imagine herself marrying that idiotic Alfred.

Something she wanted to share only with the man she loved. She had asked Marco to get her a book and Marco, who was understanding enough, brought her a new-age young adult novel, which had a lot of cute romantic moments. It took Marco some time to find a book that was fun and nice and not something depressing.
