“The only person I know who could do that is…” Rex’s face flashed in my mind, and my chest tightened. “Who are you? Really?” Lucian tilted his head, the smirk returning. “Oh, sorry for not doing proper introductions,” he said, his tone mockingly polite. “I’m Lucian, former leader of the Eighth Tribe.” He said it with pride, his chest straightening slightly. “I’m a Magyc , Aqua and Terra, to be exact. Though I can tap into other cores if I focus.”

He paused the video and zoomed in on each of his members wrists. There lay a tattoo of a snake eating its own tail. He took the video back and zoomed it on the other group's wrist. Iris eyes widened, her expression immediately turned grim. Her mind slowly getting a hang of what was happening. "You see, Iris I didn't kill your family." He flipped the slick laptop close and tossed it on the bed. "All of them are going to pay." She gritted her teeth her eyes staring ahead of her with determination. Cassian gave out a dark bone chilling chuckle. Iris recoiled.

“You expect me to believe Stormfang’s Luna sells bread to merchants?” “Believe what you wish,” Lilith said coolly. “But I know this: Lucian’s bond with her is killing him. And that bond, Magnus, will lead him straight into our hands. All we must do is tighten the snare.” He studied her a long moment, the green of his eyes gleaming like glass over deep water. Then, slowly, his grin spread wide. “You are venom,” he said, almost admiring. “And venom, when placed well, topples beasts larger than itself.”

The breeze became tighter as I shook my head. "Luci isn't the evil." I leaned away from her. "How can you be so sure? He is the God of Destruction. He could destroy the worlds in an instant. He is trying to get close to you!" I giggled, holding my hand to my mouth. Luci could never do that, not with me with him. "Lucifer is my mate, mom."

-Amara's POV- "I watched, horrified, as Lucifer extracted information from Mrs. Jenkins. The shadows, the illusions... it was terrifying. But Alexander's words sent shivers down my spine: 'Erebus seeks the Dreamweaver's heart.' My heart? What did it mean?" -Lucifer's POV- "I summoned Raven, Kael, and Elara to devise a plan. 'Erebus will perform the ritual during the Lunar Eclipse,' I explained. 'We must stop him.' Raven nodded. 'I can disrupt the ritual's magical foundations.' Kael volunteered, 'I'll take care of Erebus's minions.'

Lucifer explained. "Here we go." Peter and Lao mumbled. "The magics work on corpses so I think it has something to do with life force. Then again there's possession magic that does work on living beings, but even that has multiple restrictions." Lucifer started explaining in tiring detail the lengths he's gone to test what magic can and cannot do. Most of it was obvious, with the occasional long-winded exception. A lot of it bored the others, while Elijah was completely absorbed in the information.

I know you are still trying to process everything, your stubborness and all—but your magic is leaking.” “I know,” he said, voice flat. “Then stop it.” He blinked at me again. “I can’t.” That froze me. Lucifer’s bloodlust. It wasn’t just radiating anymore. It was anchoring. Rooting into him like barbed wire, clinging to his veins and bones. I slid off him and pressed both my palms flat against his chest, calling every drop of my pheromones to the surface. “Then let me help, my love..”

So he can use his abilities which he acquired in the middle" Lucifer said. "Nice" Lucian smirked. "Let's go inside" they pushed the unlocked door open to reveal the room decorated with flowers of different colors. "What's all this for? Don't tell me Assorthan prefers to sleep like this?" Lucian commented.

My lips thinned as Lucifer tightened his grip on my waist even more. "I don't see anything special about him." Lucifer shrugged. I glared at him but I managed not to speak. I wasn't brave enough to counterpart his statement. Lucifer was different and terrifying when mad. "You chose the wrong man, Mia. You should have chosen me...You should come with me, in my den."
