The moon was turning red again. Selene whispered: "Not again." Daniel shook his head. "This isn't the Blood Moon." "Then what is it?" Daniel looked at Luna. "The Eclipse." Luna felt the Shadow inside her rise. Far away, beneath the earth, the sealed Void opened one eye. And this time— it was looking directly at them.

Leon said with all seriousness which made me blush at his statement but even more when I suddenly realised what Grace meant. This also made the Queen and King laugh, “ahhhh, look how sweet they are” the Queen exclaimed. But just as the atmosphere was getting nice, suddenly the light began to all turn off and everyone in the room ceased their movements or anything that they were doing. I looked around in my night vision and I sense a powerful group of wolves coming our way and it seems like they are all bloodthirsty. I looked over at Leon and tapped his arms to get his attention, “we're under attack.”

It was one of the rarest phenomena, the total lunar eclipse of the moon or the Super blood wolf moon. When the moon is so reddish in appearance and coincides with a super moon. It’s the time when the moon is closest to Earth. For a moonchild, it meant something more… For the Luna Puer wolves are at their strongest.

I was going because I was starting a new life, in a new pack. “What’s the Eclipse Festival?” I ask. “Well duh, it’s the celebration of the Lunar Eclipse.” She looks at me like this should be obvious. And I suppose it was if I thought about it. To be honest I hadn’t really been paying too much attention to the moon’s cycles recently, it’s not like it affects me. Most mated she wolves literally revolve around the moon cycle. A full moon being the period where a she-wolf goes into her haze, or heat as some call it. When she is most fertile. She will become a sex mad beast ravaging her partner. Not that the men complain much. Still, it’s not something I have ever been a part of, so I haven’t giv

Hughson asked me. "Hello Hughson, I'm doing well, and how are you?" I asked him as he leaned in for a slight hug. When he pulled away, I noticed an angry look in Adrian's eyes. I took my seat and sat quietly beside my mate. "Now, we can discuss what will happen during the full moon this month." Hughson smiled happily. “I don’t think I can attend the full moon this time.” I said, glancing at Adrian. "What do you mean you can't go?" Hughson asked me, perplexed.

“Thank you for fighting for me.” “I fight… for my family,” he muttered, his breaths ragged and pained. Suddenly, darkness swept across the sky, and Amani lifted her gaze to the moon, now bathed in a deep, ominous shade of crimson. A total lunar eclipse, a breathtaking phenomenon, usually a source of awe and wonder, now only amplified the turmoil in her heart.

But it troubled him—troubled him to know something bad might be happening with Sheera. "The prophecy, Alpha," Mortha replied with a worried expression. "I have yet to gather more information on it, but I can feel it drawing close. Also, we'll be having the Eclipse moon in a short time from now." The Eclipse moon was a rare time when the sun usually met with the moon, causing darkness during the day or daylight during the night. It was very rare and only happened once in centuries. And indeed, it was close. "What bothers you about the Eclipse moon?" Keegan asked.

ALLISON. The next morning, I was lounging in the living room, my feet propped up on the coffee table while Wesley sat across from me. He leaned back casually, his arm stretched across the couch like he owned the place. “You know,” Wesley said, his eyes twinkling as he glanced out the window, “there’s a lunar eclipse tonight.” I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “A lunar eclipse? Really?” Wesley nodded, his expression lighting up. “Yup. Haven’t seen one in a while, have you?”

But not the solar one Draven needs for my awakening—a Total Lunar Eclipse. In the vision, the world is deathly silent. I suddenly understand the deep, hidden lore of this world as if I have studied it for centuries. During a Lunar Eclipse, the moon, the celestial anchor and source of every werewolf's raw power, is entirely swallowed by shadow. It is the one day, the one exact hour, when every single wolf on the planet, from the lowest groveling Omega to the most lethal Alpha, is violently stripped of their beast. They become completely human. Wholly vulnerable.

Only this instance. Standing up and opening the huge wood window beside the bed lies a beautiful and perfect sky to watch. The dawn couldn't be this so mesmerizing. It was a lunar eclipse. I love the lunar eclipse. For me, it symbolizes our world. The situation we all are in. In life, we could be the moon. Glowing and shining in the dark. Yet there are times when our problems will stop us from shining just like the eclipse. Yet, we should bear in mind that it may take a while before it resolves, we will shine once more. Just like how the full moon will shine back when the eclipse would be over.
