I scrubbed my face, rinsed my mouth, and grabbed my razor.
"Can’t have a high-class woman like you, Roman, showing up with stubble," I muttered at my reflection, dragging the blade over my jaw with practiced efficiency.
By the time I stepped out, Lily was scrolling through her phone, only half-dressed for the day. She looked up as I threw open my wardrobe, pulling out a crisp white blouse and black palazzo pants with pearl bead embellishments.
