I was waiting for him to tire out, dodging his blows when I could and blocking them, waiting to land one on my own, when something hit me on the back of my head. "Argh!" With a cry, I faltered, only for Kellin's fist to connect with my eye. "Shit!" I fell to my knees as pain erupted from behind my right eye socket, clutching my head. My head spun, and the world blurred. Before I could get my bearings, a knee came crashing and caught me right in the nose. The crack of my nose breaking was audible, and blood gushed out, spraying the asphalt with it. The blood spray was so potent that I heard Kellin's cronies swear in fear through the blood rush in my ears.

"The severity of the pain, the nosebleed—that's all within expected parameters?" Dr. Morrison gave me a measured look. "I wouldn't say it's normal, exactly, but it's not necessarily alarming either. I had instinctively closed my eyes on the break, flinching as the thunderous concussion rattled right through my ear protection and vibrated in my chest. The power was entirely different from the rifle.

I thought out loud and Carla giggled at me. We parted ways and suddenly something hard hit me as a door opened. I can feel my nose starting to bleed. I was in a hurry, so I walked fast to my room. I pinched my nose and looked up at the piece of steel that I hit. It is a young guy. Luckily I did not fall on my bum like an idiot.

I rolled back over, clutching the side of my head and closing my eyes, groaning in pain.

I clasped my hands and put them on my chest,extended my legs,keeping them together and inhaled deeply. A bug went up my nose. My eyes flew open and I did a pretty good impression of an elephant blowing it's trunk.I gaged,sneezed and coughed until I dislodged what seemed to be a very irritated fruit fly.I rubbed my nose as it flew around my head cussing me out."You think I liked having you up my nose pal?"It probably gave me the finger then went on it's way.
