I woke up feeling so uncomfortable and it took me a few moments to realise that I was locked up in the lowest dungeon. There was no window and no light. It reeked of mould and other unsightly things. I felt sick and wished that I had never left the packhouse that night. I tried to stand up from the floor but was pulled back by something which made me scream because I realised I was chained to the wall like an animal. The door clicked open and I blinked as light flooded the tiny dungeon.

She rummaged through boxes filled with forgotten memories, her heart racing with anticipation. Her fingers brushed against a worn leather journal, its edges frayed and its cover adorned with a beautiful emblem—a symbol she recognized from the stories Aunt Cleo had told her about the coven. I gave him a scornful look but he still guided me to the stairs and out of the metal door where I startlingly saw Phillius who is already waiting for me to get out of the dungeon. The door of the dungeon is in the middle of the garden like a secret passage which automatically opens when I press a button on the side of it. It cannot be seen clearly by humans because the metal door is covered with artificial grass that hides it from plain sight. But for the werewolves, this dungeon is not a secret to any of them because I am sure they clearly smell the awful stink down of it and I wonder how many Faes Phillius had captured to torture down that horrible place.

The bedding was tropical of course, with palm trees and flowers, and the bathroom was covered in white tile from floor to ceiling. “This is perfect!” she exclaimed, as she looked up at Drago with an adoring smile. “I’m glad you like our little ‘honeymoon’ suite,” he drawled,his green eyes shining in the natural light. “Whaat?” Madchen was taken aback. There is also the choking smell of death clinging to the damp air of the place. Why do dungeons always smell bad? I ask myself.

It smelled like something that was damp and old, it did not smell good at all. If put together, the place that I am in could be considered a dungeon in the Medieval Era.
