Myth Stories 소설 & 이야기

It must have been hard for him to take a backseat for me. Rhys nodded his assent and Liz sighed heavily. "The Accords existed long before the Fall. In the days of magic and tales. Some women, and occasionally men, would find themselves in situations that mirrored old stories that came from the Supernatural world. Cinders Ella, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, the Brave Little Tailor." She glanced at Robbie. There was seriously something between them. "All stories collected by the Grimm's, written down, assessed." Robbie continued for her. "All of these tales repeat themselves, continuously. In a loop. Until we are all living some variation. Either the happy ones, or the sinister."

She said. He told me the story when we first met.” I replied to her and then spoke to Gavrael. “How did you even know of it?” “It was just in my memory. I don’t remember reading it somewhere or being told about it but that must be how I came to know of it. It’s just a myth.” He replied to me. “Yet the volcano exists.” Theia said. “There are myths about a lot of things that exist. Just tales told by those who need something more to believe in than the world offers them. I told her that story because I was trying to impress her, nothing more.” Gavrael responded to her.

'I bet there are thousands of mythological books' I thought, I looked around as much as I could while Hades carried me. ''You love books, don't you?'' He commented as he weaved his way through shelf after shelf of books, following Lachesis. ''No, just mythological books,'' I replied ''The underworld is the source of all mythological books and stories.'' Hades huffed. ''Are you not serious?'' I asked in disbelief. ''Do you know the myth of Cerberus?'' He asked. ''Of course. He's the Greek hellhound. It's one of the most famous myths'' I replied.

"With the goddess being forced to destroy her brother to protect the world from endless night." A chill ran through me at his words. "That's what she meant by 'the unthinkable.' She...I might have to destroy my own brother." "No," Kane said firmly, his hand tightening on my shoulder. "Those are just stories, myths created to explain natural phenomena. You and your brother are flesh and blood, not cosmic forces."

Birdy nodded in agreement, "It is time for the ghost stories to begin and be spread. Stories of a pack of wolves that live nowhere but everywhere, who rescue the weak, broken, and unchampioned, taking those they rescue away with them and disappearing with no clues to who they are or where they came from." Three gods and one vampire nodded in agreement. "Let the fun begin. Go lay the groundwork to make the stories true when our wolves awake," Hyperion ordered. Cronos snickered, "This is going to be so much fun. I am glad Gaia is letting me loose to help lend credence to the stories." "What good are the stories without those needed to make them come true?" Bob wondered out loud.

If she walked in now, I might have finished what my wolf wanted earlier. A heavy silence settled. Then one elder, grey-haired, scarred across the cheek, eyes too alert for his age, finally spoke. “What was that?” he asked, voice low. Not curiosity. Fear. His question wasn’t what happened? His question was what have we awoken? Another elder answered before Ethan could. “The myths,” she whispered. “The stories we told pups so they wouldn’t wander too close to the barrier.” A third elder, older than the rest, cane in hand, leaned forward slowly.

Stories that are waiting for the right wolf to tell them. I smiled. "Then I will tell them." I gathered the wolves of Silvermoon in the great hall. "I have found the first story," I said. "The tale that started everything. But there are other stories. Stories that have not yet been told. Stories that are waiting for us to tell them." The wolves listened, their eyes bright with curiosity. "These stories are the future. They are the tales of wolves who have not yet been born, worlds that have not yet been created, possibilities that have not yet been realized. They are waiting for us to bring them into being."

She had never traveled anywhere, not out of travel jitters, but out of lack of opportunity. So, Era settled into her position and waited for Dom's story with a plate of healthy vegetarian snacks in front of her. "Alright. It seems like you all want to hear about my experiences so far. So, I won't disappoint you," Dom said, rubbing his hands together in excitement. He briefly cleared his throat before continuing with a smile that never left his face. "To start with, I'm going to tell you about some myths I've heard during my travels, and the first interesting myth I want to share with you is about our existence as werewolves. Specifically, it's about our origin."

Was she getting worked up? “It used to be,” Lilith continued, her voice taking on a harsher edge. “The gods walked among us. They would sit with us around the fire and tell us stories. Some were real. Some weren’t. As the gods stopped coming around, the oldest humans took over reciting the stories. We humans loved our stories. Over the ages, we realized the power in them. People changed their behavior to act like the heroes in the stories. Some the villains. Some tellers tried changing the stories or telling new ones, and the listeners changed their behavior to match. The tellers learned how easy it was to control the people simply by telling a story. While I was away, the men started tellin

Mufasa explained. “The story passed on to become a myth after a lot of parents figured it gets children to quickly fall asleep or at least, stay quiet in bed for fear of the firewolf passing by to see if they're awake. Those children grew up and most of them retold the story to their own kids. And so the line went on until it became a strong myth. But in this modern age, myths are being forgotten so little to nobody knows about the firewolf.” The men exchanged looks between each other.
