The Alpha's concubine mate

The Alpha's concubine mate

Love and fear coexisted, stronger than death’s decree, a fight that must continue, whether by choice or fate. Meanwhile… Lila jolted awake, her scream shattering the night’s stillness. Sweat-drenched sheets twisted around her legs as she kicked them free, gasping for air in the pitch-black room, save for the faint crimson glow seeping from the nightstand drawer. Repairs had been made to keep it shut—a defense against the nightmares it held. The visions felt too real, as past and future collided into a single nightmarish timeline that unraveled her reality.

TWO ALPHAS ONE BOND

TWO ALPHAS ONE BOND

I screamed, climaxing harder than ever before, my body convulsing around Zeviar as he spilled deep within me, his knot swelling to lock us together. The room swam. Power thrummed across my skin. The mark on my chest blazed white-hot, connecting to the fresh bites on my neck as if a circuit had finally been completed. Then the visions descended. Not fleeting glimpses, but full, consuming, impossibly vivid scenes, arriving with the weight of dreams meant to be remembered. Three wolves ran.

If I couldn’t tell him, who could I tell? “I’ve been having visions,” I said quietly. “Since the mountain. Since we got out of those caves.” Damon’s expression hardened. “What kind of visions?” he whispered. “Bad ones.” I swallowed hard. “I see myself hurting people. Killing them. My family. Natalia and the kids. I see it so clearly it feels real.” “Shit.” Damon leaned his elbows on the table, making the wood creak. “Have you talked to anyone about this?”

I really enjoy this novel and hope to see more, as it’s been 2 months. I miss the original cover and how it reflected the FL’s strength and leadership. The new cover suggests a very different kind of story. Please bring back original cover, or hope future artwork better reflects the story.

I love this story! 594 chapters in and I still find myself captivated by it. The characters, the world building and the evolving nature of everything is so fascinating. I’d love to see what happens next, and I really hope this continues!

Whispers of the Forgotten

Whispers of the Forgotten

She couldn’t think of him now—not when her future was uncertain, and the prophecy loomed over her like an unavoidable storm. As Lyra wandered the darkened streets of Nyxterra, the visions became more intense, seeping into her consciousness even when she was awake. At first, they were fleeting, quick flashes of images she couldn’t decipher—places, people, and memories that didn’t feel entirely her own. But as the hours stretched into days, the visions grew stronger, more insistent, as though Nyxterra itself was trying to tell her something. It was as if the very fabric of the world was calling to her, urging her to see the truth hidden beneath the surface.

Alpha Liam

“All of this, it's not the first time.” I froze. “What do you mean? What are you talking about?” “Visions,” she explained, lifting her chin as though daring me to argue. “When she was little. Too little to even string sentences together. She used to wake in the night, terrified, sometimes screaming things she couldn’t possibly know. Blood. Wolves. Someone coming to take me. And it wasn’t just once or twice, it was constant. Every few days. And normally whenever she had a vision, it often came through. It didn't take me long for me to start creating the system or managing and functioning something that would stop it.”

Twisted Vengeance. (Bound To The Devil's Daughter)

Twisted Vengeance. (Bound To The Devil's Daughter)

I already knew I was hallucinating. “The moment I saw you reject my hand at first back in town and later accepted it, I knew that you saw something. Then when you talked about seeing an Alpha last night, I was convinced. Nathan, you have the gift of dark visions. Perhaps the Moon goddess chose to give it to you.” “What do I do with dark visions? They’re scary” I cried. “You fight them off. They’re not real. Anything you keep seeing is what you fear the most and that’s why you are here. To fight these dark visions in real life when they happen.”

The Nightmare

The Nightmare

Bad. Cash and I were the only ones that survived the Nightmare from our family. Mom and Dad were already sick by the time the vampires came to our home to 'save' us. The vamps were only there for me. They had found out about my IQ and wanted my brain to join them. I had insisted that they saved my brother as well. I may have made it a deal breaker.

Really engaging story with an interesting take on the usual werewolf themes - hope you are able to update soon though as I’m dying to know what happens next! It’s been a while since the last one, hope everything is ok with you

Great book. Well paced, intriguing characters with very solid world building. My one qualm is that there are, at times, too many characters. Often there are a lot of names being thrown around and its hard to tell who's who.

My Nightmares

My Nightmares

I turn around to see an older gentleman who looks like a doctor walking towards me. “Hello, my dear Ms. Dreasden. I am Doctor John Hopkins, Nelli’s psychiatrist. I was told of the events tonight and not to alarm you, but if at any time the lights go out close your eyes and do not open them no matter what you hear. Apparently Nelli is loose and not under control. See Nelli has no soul. She was born with the blackest eyes of any human being I have ever met. If she sees the fear in your eyes, she will scratch them out before she kills you.”

Nightmares

Nightmares

Her granny called her almost everyday just to know what she saw the previous night and Juana would tell her everything. Sometimes, Juana didn't see anything at all, sometimes she saw good things, but most times, she had nightmares. When her granny called to ask about her dream the night after she saw something about avocados, Juana refused to tell her about it because it involved someone dying. The person was dying. Not dead. She didn't want to imagine any of her parents or even her granny dying, when she tried to, the imagination hurt her so much she got bad headaches. Juana felt like telling someone about it, talking to someone about her whole life, but she wanted a neutral person because

Beyond Night

“I dream of women. A lot.” “That’s scary? Hah. I didn’t think you were that sort of Greek.” “Piss off and die badly, sir,” Porcius shot back. “No, of women in the night, women in the woods.” “I see monsters in the woods. I’ll trade you dreams.” “You wish. No, they come to me a lot, images of an older gal with reddish gray hair, all kinky and long, gotta lil gal with her, ‘bout half her size.”
