I pinched myself and forced out a few tears. Upon seeing this, Owen cupped my face and kissed the tracks of my tears. "Ivy, we'll have another pup. I'll stay by your side until you fully recover." You need to say your full name, title and pack name along with the name of your mate during a rejection. But even so, it's still a form of rejection and it's still very painful. No wonder he asked if he was alright. "T-Thanks, I'm fine," he nodded towards the man again, this time he hurriedly walked away. "See you around!" Marshall waved and walked back to his office.

I shook my arm to make him calm like Marry did a while before but he was crying continuously. "What happened? Why is he crying?" I asked Marry. "He must be hungry. It's my mistake. I should have asked you to feed both the pups first." She muttered. I look at my pups. My baby girl was giving me an irritating look at my prince crying as if she was not crying a while before. I chuckled seeing this brother and sister's cute expressions.

Patrick rubbed her back and tried to help me soothe her. "Your fine little one, I hold her and rub her back, Please calm down, baby," her little body shakes with each sob breaking my heart and making my wolf pace and growl. He returned to his human form and shoved Harrison away and turned to look in Adele's direction. He crossed his hand behind him with an innocent gaze, like he had not just been trying to kill someone a few minutes ago, “I was just trying to discipline him the way he was disciplining his mate when I got here.” His voice was calm and so was his expression as he watched Adele rush over to hold Harrison who was gasping and wheezing on the floor
