Isang poetry book. Page 47 – “We never said what we wanted to say. So here I am, saying it this way.” Sa pagitan ng mga pahina, isang pressed lavender flower, katulad ng nasa bouquet. Dahan-dahan niyang hinaplos ang manipis na bulaklak. Marupok. Halos mabali sa isang maling galaw. Parang sila. Biglang tumunog ang phone niya. Mensahe mula kay Rica.

A small wildflower was tucked behind her ear, its petals dancing with every breeze. Tom blinked, shaking his head to snap out of the daydream. “The world may spin, the days may change, but here with you, it feels the same. Endless fields and endless time, Your heart is yours, and yours is mine~ “And oh, love, we shine so true, in a world where the wildflowers bloom. With every breath, with every view, I'll stay right here, in love with you where the wildflowers bloom~”

Ang hangin ay puno ng matamis na halimuyak ng mga sunflower, isang masarap na amoy na humahalo sa banayad na simoy ng hangin, na lumilikha ng isang nakalalasing na simponya para sa mga pandama. Ang mga sunflower ay nakatayong matayog at mapagmataas, ang kanilang matingkad na dilaw na talulot ay umaabot sa langit na parang nababanaag sa sikat ng araw. You love gardening at the moment so I thought to buy you one so that you have something to work on just in case you’re having bad thoughts.” Parang may humaplos sa puso ko dahil sa sinabi niyang iyon. “If you think you don’t have any reason to wake up in the morning, I hope these flowers will give you one. You don’t want these beautiful flowers to wither right? And when it blooms, I hope it will remind you of something.” “At ano naman?” “Figure it out yourself.” “Ano? Abnormal ka ba? Hindi naman tayo parehas ng iniisip. Malay ko ba kung ano ‘yung gusto mong ipahiwatig.”

Ito na yata ang pinaka totoo kong ngiti sa araw na ito. "That's a Poet's narcissus or known as Pheasant's eye. It's a late flower specific to daffodils that we see in springtime. That flower represents rebirth and new beginnings but for me, it means begin again. That's a special kind of flower madam but since it holds a deep meaning, it is a rare item that not everyone knows of. It is also a bit expensive unlike the others. But that could be arranged, would you love to have some ma'am?" Tumingin sakin ang babae at nakangiting tumango. Pagkaalis ng babae dala-dala ang nabiling bulaklak na binili ay siyang dating ng dalawang lalaki papasok. The door chimes upon entering the shop.

Tumango si Xayvier, unti-unting lumalalim ang paghinga, habang patuloy na tinatanggap at pinag mamasdan ang mga bulaklak na inaabot ng matanda.
