I just laugh at myself that I learned about this stuff from her. “Doughnut?” I asked again, but she shook her head. “Pizza? Cabbage? Burger? Avocado? Kiwi? A smile touches my lips but it does not last. Still, Carrot beams anyway, satisfied with even that. I subtly touched my lips, remembering the way he touched it with his. My thoughts drifted away when I was putting yam leaves on the pot being boiled on the stove. Dom put a pan on the other side. He poured oil, along with the potato strips. "What's it called?" I asked while observing the potatoes. "French fries." My brows raised and looked at him. "French fries?" I repeated. His lips rose to an amused grin. "Why is it called French fries?" Dom deeply chuckled like I asked something stupid. My face heated and I looked away.

Ren watched as Axton uncovered his food and his fork, ignoring him. The food sure looked delicious and Ren couldn't stall any longer. "Thank you, Captain," Ren murmured and gently uncovered his own meal. It was a mix of savoury ingredients; a few herbs and a touch of a rare spice, creating a spiced potato topping that was both creamy and flavorful. The potatoes were baked until golden brown, creating a crispy top layer. Ren licked his lips slowly as he stared at the protein in his food for the first time in years. "What is this meat?" He asked quietly, poking a fork at the minced meat.

“Then… how?” “The potatoes! We can make them into potato chips and sell them into the market!” Why didn’t she remembered it earlier?
