Raven calls playfully. I roll my eyes even though a smile tugs at my lips. When I open the door, Raven walks in with all the confidence of someone who has absolutely no anxiety in her DNA. Raven's eyes sweep over me, slow and appraising, before their lips curl into a knowing smile. "Oh, honey," they purr, clapping their hands together. "This is going to be fun." Raven practically vibrates with excitement, their eyes sweeping over me like I'm a couture gown they can't wait to tailor. Neon lights reflect off their sequined jumpsuit, throwing glimmers of purple and silver across their dark skin. I shift under their gaze, suddenly hyper-aware of how ordinary I must look compared to the dazzling explosion of colour around me. But Raven doesn't seem to mind. They take a step closer, eyes glinting.

He didn’t blame her. Raven inhaled deeply, steadying himself. He offered a gentle smile, his voice low yet steady. “It’s okay… I’ll wait.”

The man looked up at her and smiled. "Raven," he said. "Like the bird?" Brienne asked. Raven burst out laughing, leaving Brienne with a confused expression. "Yes, babydoll, like the bird," Raven replied, kissing the back of her hand. It was the first time anyone had made that comparison, and he couldn't deny that it amused him. Brienne bit her bottom lip, and seeing this, Raven immediately placed his thumb on her lips.

Raven called as their eyes turned to hers, changing to gold. “What do you want little girl? Why don’t you take off that mask, so we can see your pretty face,” replied the man that must have spoken first. “Who says it’s pretty, maybe I keep it covered because it’s hideous,” smirked Raven, if it wasn’t for the cameras, she would have tried her innocent approach, but she didn’t want to be known yet around here, not until she had more answers. They laughed, “We’ll find out soon enough. We’ll give you once chance to say why you’re here?”

Besides, Westbrook wasn’t too far from the pack’s base, so practically, Raven could still keep an eye on things without having to lead every single day. Raven smiled widely, something Selina had never seen before. His smile had the quiet charm of a wolf holding back its wild beauty, making him even more magnetic. Selina quickly looked away, realizing she’d been staring too long. That smile sent a strange ripple through her, something she wasn’t supposed to feel. Raven hurries home, her intention to contact a few folks at home and enquire about Draco’s funeral, if they really buried his body, how is he out of the grave?
