His shoulders were shaking erratically and he could barely breathe for laughter. I watched his sputtering laugh for about five minutes until I spoke, "If you bang that thing anymore I'm afraid it'll get pregnant." And all the three of them stopped dead in their tracks to look at me, agape. "What! Now I can't even make a joke!?" I deadpanned and Reuben was on again with his next round of unstoppable titters. "...(heavy breathing)...Ahem! That was entertaining. Never knew there existed a being enabling of shutting Lexter off." He mouthed in an amused tone.

His tone was softer now, but his eyes remained piercing, searching for the truth she struggled to keep hidden. She nodded. And then he laughed, throwing his head backward and laughed like he had heard some kind of funny joke. But his laughter was without humor, hollow and dark—something very dark. The haunting sound of his laughter filled the dimly lit room, devoid of mirth, each echo like a chilling melody that seemed to seep into her very bones.

I thought it was clever.” “The joke, much like you, was very clever,” I said indulgently. “But it was also very bad.”

In a dark room in a private room the flicker of a lighter sounded and soon tiny flames erupted in its tiny holes and in the dim light Arthur's face became clear. He lit a cigarette and put it in his mouth, his eyes cast down. In front of him stood a man in white doctor's coat and beside him was a female nurse both dishevelled, likely caught in the act. “So, I heard you're selling promotions to nurses by sleeping with them,” Arthur said, his face still having his signature cocky smile.

And they all laughed. Hahaha, very funny, so funny I can't stop laughing :-| . Wow, I've never heard a better joke in my entire life. *insert eye roll*. Lowkey hospital jokes were really lame. Out of reflex, I scoffed backward, amazed but not one single bit afraid as a gasp left my lips. Dimitri stood, his ridiculous laugh echoing around the empty room as he circled himself with his arms stretched wide. Completely in awe of the scene. He looked insane. Just as quick as it happened. It stopped. "Is that normal?" I murmured, eyeing the surrounding candles. Dimitri continued with his laughter that reminded of the 'IT' movie and the ridiculously fearful laugh of the clown. I grimaced and actually started thinking about jumping out of the window to escape his ugly laughers.

You read comments on an online support group, saw one that caught your interest, couldn't suppress the urge to talk to the girl that wrote said comment, sent her the oddest email she's ever read, and then decided to forget that he ever sent the email in the first place. Is that weird? I'll leave you to answer that for yourself. And yes, I do have a sense of humor. Usually the dark kind, but it's still humor nonetheless, isn't it? But nowadays, very few things make me laugh. So,I don't know what to make of it. Does that still count as having a good sense of humor?
