He looks so cute and sweet. When he finally composed himself, he had a genuine smile but it soon turned out into his famous smirk. I think that's why many girls fall for his gorgeous and signature smirk. It was really charismatic. I couldn't stop staring at his face. "Done checking me out, babe?" he winked and once again, I felt the fire inside me, both from embarrassment that he found me observing him and anger at him for turning into the chauvinist pig that he was again. Couldn't he act normal for once in his life? I mean, come on man, enjoy life. “Happy now?” His smirk turned into a full-blown grin, clearly amused by my irritation. He leaned back in his chair, resting his arms behind his head, a cocky expression on his face. “Very happy,” he said, his tone smug. “Because I want to take you somewhere.” I crossed my arms and scowled at him, my expression defiant. “And what makes you think I’d go anywhere with you?” I retorted, my voice dripping with sarcasm. He shrugged, his infuriating smirk never leaving his face. “Oh, I don’t know,” he replied airily. “Maybe because you secretly enjoy my company?”

I smirked at him, knowing he couldn’t see me. I heard him scoff. “Call it cheesy, but that still made you smile, didn’t it?” He sounded grumpy and adorable. I rolled my eyes all the while sporting a wide grin on my face. “No, it didn’t.” I lied. There was no way he’d know I was smiling like a maniac. No sooner had I uttered those words, the door of my office suddenly opened and in walked the smirking form of a human devil, his smirk the widest I’d seen on him. He cocked an arrogant eyebrow at me. “Really?”

We gotta get you to the university." he was still smirking at me. I shoved a bite in my mouth while playfully glaring at him, causing him to chuckle, so I just stuck my tongue out at him.

"You're getting more grumpy, Ms. Merryweather." I slit my eyes upon his remarks. "Oh, sorry. I inherited this from my boss." I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. I pursed my lips into a thin line, making a duck face. "Please note that is sarcasm!" I suddenly exclaimed when I caught him in all smiles. He released a chuckle which made my heart went wild. There were times that his baritone laughing voice crooked and echoed in my ears which is very soothing and giving me gooseflesh.
