The Last Station Standing

The Last Station Standing

The Mariana Trench (the deepest part of the Earth’s oceans, reaching nearly seven miles down) was a place where light had never existed, but now it felt like a physical weight. The "Sparrow" sub drifted like a dead leaf in the Hadopelagic Zone (the deepest region of the ocean floor). "Power down. Everything," Elara whispered. Her voice was so soft it barely stirred the freezing air inside the cabin.

Noble Husband At the Door

Noble Husband At the Door

All of a sudden, the color of the sea of blood, which was originally scarlet, changed greatly because it rolled too violently. It was unknown if it was because the rolling was too fierce that the visual change caused the mud in the deep sea to dry up. In short, the current deep sea was completely black and red, so much so that the surroundings were pitch black. In addition to the terrifying rolling sounds, this place was like hell in an instant, which made people feel endless fear. Samuel still calmed down and took advantage of any opportunity to suck. The energy in the sea of blood was also very strange. After entering Samuel’s meridians, it was like a wild horse, no, a tiger that had escap

Queen U Hamzie
Just from the preview it’s seems like it’s the charismatic Charlie Wade. It’s only written with different characters and slightly different way. I stopped reading charismatic because it’s too long and was not seeing the light and it’s now put to 5k chapters. Who reads a book that long. Make it a mo

The book is good though the translation leaves a lot to be desired. Your only failure is this oven thing. We re spending a lot of money to read your otherwise expensive book, but then we have to wait for ages in time to get chapters added from your so called unfounded oven. I migrating to other pl

Vampire of the New World

Vampire of the New World

Lisa winced. "You're just as bad! Such horrible thoughts!" remarked Nestie "I just have an active imagination. I can't help it if I tend to look at possible futures, as bad as they may be,” said Lisa. The two friends sat quietly as the sound of the ferry's engines filled the air and the cool wind refreshed them. Soon, Lisa fell asleep with her head resting on Nestie's shoulder. Nestie did not mind and just took out his phone to read a journal on new deep sea species discovered at the bottom of the Mariana trench. Interestingly, there were four new species discovered that could provide clues about the origins of life on Earth. The depressing news was that there were signs that there were plas

Captain Cook
Excellent book! Plenty of suspense with vivid descriptions of locations and characters! I've reached Chapter 169 and didn't see any issues. I hope the author updates soon with new chapters! Great work!

This is an extremely well-written book. Of all the books I’ve read on the platform, this author’s command of the English language is the best. The story is great and reminds me a lot of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

The Bad Boy & The Mermaid

The Bad Boy & The Mermaid

I assumed he would be hurt and maybe he would also scream at me and stop talking for days but eventually I knew he would understand because Adrian was a good merman. I kept swimming for a good thirty-minutes until I realized I’d strayed into a much deeper end. The part of the ocean where no mermaid swam into.I panicked. I’d heard a lot of stories about the deep-end, about how mer-folk disappeared down there, eaten by a large species of fish or something more sinister. The horror stories of the deep end were infamous. In school we used to do dares and see if anyone could swim until the deep end and swim back but no one dared to do it.

The Way of the Dragon

"Roar!" At the moment when Zephyr Khan talks to himself, an angry roar erupts like thunder. The sound is earth-shattering. In an instant, the whole ocean is stirred up by huge waves of 1000 m high. Various different kinds of creatures quickly appear on the surface of the ocean from this ocean. Many things were torn into pieces. Within a radius of several kilometers, countless creatures and rocks were shattered into pieces. It was just an angry roar, but it contained such a shocking power. The source of this voice came from the deepest part of the sea.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

Deep Sleep

Deep Sleep

-Who I am is not important, what really matters is that I found you and that we can finally be together forever. -Tell me who you are, show yourself right now. -Are you also anxious for us to meet, patience, ¿all in good time? A gust of wind blew through me and a shiver ran through my body. The gust went through me again and again and a strange sensation took over my body. I ran without knowing why and the gust followed me as the same voice repeated "Don't run" over and over again. I woke up with a jolt, breathing heavily, I felt a pressure in my chest, in the same place where the creature pierced me.

Arranged Marriage With The Billionaire

Arranged Marriage With The Billionaire

"Thank you? The house belonged to my grandfather, he left it for me in his will. I only like it because it's close to the beach." "Oh, I would never go to the beach," she told him. "I have a big fear of deep waters. The ocean is the worst and most dangerous place on Earth, the ocean and space, but space is far away, so I'll go with the ocean." "What's so scary about the ocean?" "What's not scary about the ocean? It's like dark and evil and to make matters worse, we haven't even discovered half of what might be there and...Oh, just the thought of it has my skin breaking out."

My Boyfriend's Cousin

My Boyfriend's Cousin

I could drown myself in the depths of the beach until I ran out of breath and they would find my body tomorrow. Damn. Of course it wasn't a good idea because just looking at the deep deep sea made me scared. What's more swimming in there, maybe I'll really die. So far all I can do is stay on the beach sand, and stare at the vast ocean while thinking about what strange things are in it. I always fantasize, and imagine about the Megalodon Shark that suddenly approaches and eats my whole body. Yes, compared to Rafaella, I'm more cowardly.

My Lovely Twins And Stupidly Doting Husband

As soon as they sat down, they could view the species in the deep sea through these devices. The experience felt as immersive as swimming in the ocean itself. Once they chose their seats, they sat down right away. Night and Star sat together while Amy sat next to Aiden. A few seconds later, images of the deep sea appeared before them. The sea was filled with all kinds of strange fish that Amy had never seen before. The screen then switched to show some particularly ugly fish. Amy watched intently, and she was clearly fascinated by the appearance of these deep-sea creatures. Just then, a giant megalodon swiftly swam toward them. The effects that the device had were so compelling that it felt

The Reaper's Pet

The Reaper's Pet

The ocean’s deepest level, six thousand meters under. My back slams down against some firm but bouncy surface. I strain my eyes to see in the perfect darkness and, oddly enough, I’m greeted by dazzling light. A solitary, unnatural glow is being held out to me like a lifeline. A nagging suspicion in my brain tells me this is exactly how a false hope would look if it ever took on a form. I’m in a dream inside another dream, a pocket of illusion that’s much too deep for me to surface out of.

Frequently Asked Questions

You know, I've watched a ton of horror flicks over the years, and the deep sea is one of those settings that just gets under your skin. It's not just about sharks or monsters—it's the sheer isolation, the crushing pressure, the way light fades into nothing. Films like 'The Abyss' or 'Underwater' play with that primal fear of the unknown. The ocean floor might as well be outer space; you're utterly at its mercy.

What fascinates me is how filmmakers use sound (or lack thereof) to amplify the terror. The muffled silence, the distorted screams—it’s claustrophobic in a way even haunted houses can’t match. And let’s not forget real-life thalassophobia! Just seeing those endless blue voids in documentaries spikes my anxiety. Horror leans into what already unsettles us, and the deep sea? That’s a buffet of nightmares.
