I darted my eyes away quickly-- "You promised," Al said all of a sudden. "What?" I paused in surprise. "No question asked," Al smirked, holding out his hand to me. So the thing about horror stories is that-- The fear kicks in only at dark nights when you are alone, not when you are at the crowded theater or on the bright street. She opened him up before everyone was about to get home and scared Zac that if he told this to anyone then she would lock him again. When I returned home, I looked for Zac all over the house but couldn't find him. “Have you seen Zac?” I asked Caroline “No.” She answered and continued using her phone. I went to my room and closed the door. I sat on my bed and heard something strange. Someone was weeping. Nora I was trembling with terror while staring at his red eyes, he was thrice my size and the way he glared at me made it known that this was my last day on earth. Tendons stood out on my neck as I blinked rapidly, hoping this could turn out to be my imagination. I had finally completed my book, 1001 Dark Tales. The look on my editor’s face was one of disbelief when I announced I was stopping all other books to focus solely on that one. I guess writing 1001 Dark Tales takes a long time, four years to be exact. Still, I had written enough books with the help of my quill that I had more than a steady income.
