Val put all the notes in her locker safely, she didn't know why she did that. Val had nightmares when she is alone in her house. Every time she would wake up with heavy heart. She don't know why she would get nightmares like she is drowning in darkness all the time. This started when she was eighteen. No one knows about her nightmares except Sheela. Sheela always suggested Val to start a relationship in order to get rid of nightmares but Val refused. When Jack is around she never had nightmares which confused her.

Fanning myself with my hand, I gasped for breath as my heart continued to pound. It took me a minute to pull myself together. I exhaled deeply and ran my fingers through my damp hair. The nightmares were getting more rampant these days. I never had them during the day. Oh, my! When I look at the window, I find that the curtains are drawn. The moon was out. My phone was on the table before me. Tapping the screen, I found that it was already past seven o'clock. There were several missed calls and texts from Seven. I was supposed to be meeting him by 7:30!

I thought it was Richard hitting him again, but it wasn't until I heard Helen's scream. "Mr. Pearson!" Kash! I wanted to get out of bed, but I ended up falling on the floor. I found my leg was broken. My room was on the second floor. I didn’t die after I jumped down from above. Hearing the noise, Kash rushed in from outside. He looked terrible. He enveloped me in a comforting hug, gently soothing my back.
