Replica: Heaven's painful game

Replica: Heaven's painful game

The next day Sky and Kole visited his mother. It was a long ride from his house to his mother's house. Along the way, beautiful sceneries entertained them. A green rice paddy full of Whitehead birds, mountains full of ready-to-harvest corn, a pond with different colors of koi. The endless summer hydrangea covers the side of the road, their colors gave the road a romantic aura, harmony, and peace. "Kole, will you live with me in the mountains? Let's build our house there and plant as many hydrangeas as we can..." Sky spoke while looking outside, feeling the breeze with his hand raised outside the window.

The Alpha's Babysitter

The Alpha's Babysitter

Together, they faced the dawn of a new day, ready to embrace whatever the future held with courage, love, and a steadfast belief in the beauty of clear skies and the promise of brighter tomorrows. As the sun rose higher in the sky, casting its golden rays over the landscape, Theo and Mama Hazel decided to take a walk in the nearby meadow. The grass sparkled with dewdrops, and the flowers bloomed in a riot of colors, painting the meadow in a vibrant tapestry of nature's beauty. They walked hand in hand, their footsteps light and their hearts full of gratitude for the clear sky and the gift of a new day. The gentle breeze whispered through the trees, carrying with it the sweet scent of wildflo

Memories of a wolf

Memories of a wolf

I can't understand certain keywords and dates the signs say, hence I picked a simplistic book having an intriguing title: Southerners, the devils. I wasn't sure if this was friendly or not, but who am I kidding? I should expect these types of headings. As I settled down on a wooden table, I picked up the book and barely even turned to the second page when I read: The skies were clear and blue but the day the Southerners arrived, the rain poured red... I sighed. This is long, I presume...

TWO ALPHAS ONE BOND

LYRA I woke to sunlight streaming through the windows and, for a moment, forgot where I was. Then it all came back. Nightshade. Orion. The almost-kiss on the rooftop. I pressed my fingers to my lips, remembering how close we'd been. How much I'd wanted it. "Good morninggg," Sky said, sounding far too pleased with herself. “Morning.” "Are you going to see him today?" “Obviously.” "Good. I have plans." I snorted. “Plans?”

The Time of Lavender

The Time of Lavender

The sun gradually dipped below the horizon, painting the sky with strokes of crimson and gold. Abigail leaned back against the rough bark, her eyes tracing the silhouette of the chateau against the fiery sky. Beside her, Vincent looked on silently, their hands inches apart on the grassy bed. It was another day etched in their memories, another chapter added to their extraordinary journey together.

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

Sargis's POV I sat beside her, watching the auroras fold and unfurl, as if the heavens themselves were alive, their colors spilling like molten ink across the tapestry of stars. The sky burned with hues no mortal painter could capture, violets melting into emerald, gold bleeding into sapphire, yet all of it paled against the quiet wonder sitting next to me. She chewed on her banana with that little half-smile she always tried to hide, thinking I wouldn't notice. But I noticed everything. Always.

Sargis and Narine just became one of my favourite couples! I love Sargis' love and devotion, and Narine's wisdom and quiet strength. I wish her adoptive parents were punished as well, but oh well ... (7/29/26)

I loved this book and it's characters. I love how there was no unnecessary drama that slowed the pace and didn't make sense like in other stories. And I loved the way that we got to see some of the same scenes from both perspectives. I'd love to read a sequel.

After Divorce, I became the CEO of my Ex-Husband's Company

After Divorce, I became the CEO of my Ex-Husband's Company

Sophia’s POV I blinked against the glare of unfamiliar stars. Not the soft scatter of constellations I remembered. Not the fractured sky above Site Eleven. These burned colder. Closer. Like they weren’t watching from above, but waiting just beneath the skin of the world to break through. The sand beneath me was bone-white. Cold despite the heat bleeding off the horizon like smoke. And beside me… a shadow crouched. Smiling. Damian. Alive. Unchanged.

I sit up looking at him. He is now lying on his back, his head facing the other side. Some strands of his hair are on his face making him look so pretty. I couldn't help but stare at him. Casey P.O.V The sun was setting, casting a warm orange glow over the terrace as I sat on a sunbed, surrounded by the plants . In my hands was the book I found on the top shelf this morning, but I was not able to focus on a single word . My mind was far away, replaying the conversation with Zazu. I couldn’t shake the look on her face when she told me about Brooks. The hurt in her eyes, the tears she tried to hold back. The soft rustling of leaves in the breeze was the only sound keeping me company, my back was facing the neighbor’s balcony.

The Bookstore Temptation

The city sky had grown dark to a mellow gray, the kind that swathed everything in gentleness—buildings, trees, people. Rain still lingered in the air, shrouding the windows of **Chapter & Soul** in a soft mist. Inside, the world progressed more slowly, more softly. It was perfumed with old books, chamomile tea, and something sweet that Lena had baked and not labeled.
