"As they all do." Spitfire made sure to wink at the Hares as he rushed to catch up to Priest. "Serve? That sounds... unpleasant." He felt like he could speak freely with the captain. Though now that he was fully awake, he wondered why the Grey-fur's name sounded familiar. "Though I've done some pretty unpleasant things in my life, so maybe serving you and your Hares might not be so bad." Spitfire was about to start freaking out, but he'd perfected the art of flirting no matter what he was thinking or feeling. He hoped that skill was going to serve him in this new situation.

I got this hunch that he'd become aware of my gaze and was about to return it, so I looked away immediately. "Are you aware that the rainbow is just an illusion?" He asked turning to me, with that cute smile still playing on his lips. "Huh?" "The rainbow," he repeated, pointing towards it "it's an illusion cast on the sky due to the reflection of light" "Really" I said. He scoffed and silence reigned once again. I figured it was now time to part ways before he begins to grow on me. "I'm about to go in now," I said reluctantly "Which hospital building do you stay?" I grabbed the arms of his wheelchair.

“Are you done? I’m going to sleep.” “I mean it, Scarlet.” He kissed me on the lips. “Other than me, I don’t know who can take care of you and healing your wounds. Let me be your lover, Scarlet.” “Whatever, I’m not listening.” I closed my ears with my hands and turned towards the wall to go to sleep. This Sin had to be out of his mind, I thought. With my tiredness, I soon drifted into slumberland. However, the slumberland I saw was not one of those pastel-coloured dreams filled with clouds. It was dark and lava was oozing over the black earth. Above me, bats circled the black, empty sky.

That I had a destiny to fulfill.” Azraiel's throat tightened. “She called me Raven,” Charlotte whispered. “She said the flames are part of a prophecy... that I’m the one meant to bridge realms.” His heart thudded. “She told me I’d understand in time, and that the flames—what happened to me—were both a gift and a curse. That I would change the future of our kind.” Charlotte looked at him then. “I don’t know what that means, Azraiel. I don’t understand any of it.”

No, it was coming from a group of people that looked like ants from where it remained hovering in the air. Spartan, Diana, Jenna, Crimson and Cassie had ganged up, being the only other standing speedsters and all tried to attack the dragon at once, hurling lightning bolts at it. But the dragon roared and kind of absorbed them all then emitted its own terrific wave of lightning that had the speedsters strewn all over the ground.

* We drop in. The Court joins. It’s chaos. Beautiful, perfect, ours. I activate **Blood Rain**—gentle mode first. Violet drops fall upward from my palms, spiraling around the park like reverse snow. Healing mist. Everyone’s minor scratches (from yesterday’s over-enthusiastic spar) vanish. Seras laughs as her armor regenerates a dent she got from Lucian’s tail. Lucian roars approval, wings flaring. Kayo flips through the rain, tails glowing brighter, foxfire mixing with blood droplets into pink-violet fireworks.

His deep pink lips parted. “Shane Harley sir.” He introduced himself, sticking his hand out. Mr. Davis had no problems shaking it. Mr. Spencer followed by example. “I’m Raine’s… I mean, Ms. Mcclaren’s shadow for the next few months.” Mr. Davises face beamed. “You should consider yourself a lucky kid!”

It looked so silly that I giggled again, covering my mouth too late. “Wanna see a new trick I learned?” his hands asked. I nodded so fast my hair bounced. New tricks were always the best. He bent closer and snapped his fingers, and sparks jumped out, popping and cracking like fireworks. Then they moved like little zigzags across the air before fading. I call him Sparky because every time he does that, my tummy feels like it’s fizzing too. “Pretty,” I signed to him, still in awe as he blew softly on the flame and it stretched into a glowing ribbon that curled through the air like a dragon’s tail.

~~~~~ Daisy and her two warrior Angels flew down, fast following the rainbow fading light until they got to the forest which was surrounded by the rainbow tails. "What is Rainbow doing here?" One of the Angels asked. "That's what we are going to find out." Daisy said as they flew lower until they landed in front of the tails guarding the forest, putting back their wings inside, Daisy stepped forward first and touched one of the tails which parted and created space for them to pass. "Rainbow knows it is me, if not, he wouldn't even grant us passage." Daisy told the other two Angels as they entered the forest, the tail going back to where it was.

Chaos summoned out a wrath of black clouds and started to shoot it at them. “Dodge it,” said Ruby. Her phoenix spiral passed the black clouds. “One shot,” shouted Ruby. Her phoenix shot out a hyper beam and hit it straight in the chest. Chaos screeched as it got hit. “Destruction!” shouted Eric. His golden dragon shot a laser beam and sent it straight between Chaos’s foreheads. Chaos was screaming as it pierced it’s darkness. “Too bright, too bright,” it screeched. “Oh, so it can talk,” said Eric.
