As she gazed at her reflection, she couldn't help but reflect on the incredible journey that had brought her here. With a serene smile, she said to herself, "Today, I have the chance to inspire others to find their inner strength, just as I did." Abigail arrived at the conference venue, a grand hall filled with eager faces, all looking for guidance and inspiration. She stepped onto the stage, her presence commanding the attention of the audience. "Ladies and gentlemen," she began, her voice steady and filled with warmth, "I stand before you today not as a speaker but as a living example of what resilience can achieve."

He closed the book and looked over at her.

The abyss screamed. The sound tore across reality like a dying universe. Above the battlefield, the fractured sky split apart completely as silver light burst outward from within the abyss itself, spreading through the darkness like cracks through glass. The world shook violently. Mountains collapsed. Seas rose. The eclipse overhead flickered between black and silver as though existence itself no longer knew which side was winning. And at the center of it all, Lira stood inside the abyss holding Kael’s hand. Still human.

I lower my eyes, looking at the murky water surrounding me, then I raise my gaze to his. — It's an abyss. My voice is hoarse, worn. — An abyss where I fall endlessly. For a moment, I drown in shame, in terror. I hate myself. I hate you. I pause, searching for my words deep within myself. — And the next moment… the next moment, it’s as if all the noise of the world stops. As if I am nothing but a sensation. A pulse. Pain, pleasure, fear… all blend and become… pure. I no longer think. I no longer have to decide. I am nothing but a body that feels. And in this abyss… there is a form of peace. A horrible and magnificent peace.

No growls. Only endless silence… As we rode deeper into the Abyssal Void.

I felt my Tempered Heart stutter, the sixty beat rhythm struggling against a localized "Resonance Dead Zone" that turned my blood to cold lead. Beside me, Lyra let out a soft, musical whimper, her crystalline Prism Wolf form flickering as the vacuum tried to refract her very soul into nothingness.
