From looking at the back of Ciel's head, Maverick turned his gaze to Andrew, who was standing so close to them he could already smell his pheromones. Maverick grimaced. I climbed onto Shade, gripping his warm fur tightly. Mandy fell back, her face tight with frustration. Then, with a shake of her head, she transformed into a brown wolf with white paws and trotted somewhere behind. The ride through the forest was long and beautiful. The sun eventually crept into the sky. It filtered through the trees and cast golden light onto the snowy ground. The warriors ran silently behind us. Some in wolf form, others riding motorcycles and jeeps, but they were always flanking Shade as he led the pack forward. Beta Norton was beside us in his wolf form like our personal guard.

“Now we end this.” Andrew roared and charged at me again. His claws came fast, but I blocked him with one strike. The force pushed him back. He tried to recover and swung at me again, but I caught his arm and twisted it until he cried out. I slashed his chest and kicked him down. The ground shook as his body hit the dirt. The crowd was silent. Andrew pushed himself up, blood on his fur and hands. His eyes were wild. “No! I will not lose to you!” he shouted and rushed forward with everything left in him.

His pained howls were so shrill that they sent the bats fleeing from the dark forest. With every strike of the hammer, Lucas mocked him, "Fight back, come on! Aren’t you proud? The only A-ranked warrior in the training camp!" Lucas’s accomplices stood by, hesitant but not daring to stop the torture. The silver nails burned Andrew’s wounds. Fear overtook him, and he begged Lucas to stop, but all he received was a devilish smile from Lucas. Andrew realized begging was useless and chose to endure the torment in silence. His face, though only ten years old, was filled with despair.

“This situation is very unconventional but it’s not unconventional enough for me to walk away.” Before I could respond to the words Reilly spoke, Andrew closed the distance in the room at warp speed, grabbed Reilly’s hair, pulled his head back marked him, and licked the wound until it sealed. I felt my eyes bulge out of their sockets, and my breath caught mid exhale. “The mating will come later,” Andrew said with hooded eyes and hunger in his voice. I watched Reilly’s eyes blow, I could see his pulse quicken in his neck, his posture straightened, his eyes narrowed, his head tilted to the side, “I look forward to it,” Reilly responded with a thirst for more in his voice.

Andrew said casually. "If you are going to kill me, just get on with it. Or are you just going to bore me to death with your cryptic bull shit! " Jamie snapped. She was tired of male crap today. "How right you are, time waits for no man." Said Andrew, as he took a dagger out of his belt. He then lifted the stool and placed it in front of Jamie. She looked confused and Andrew smiled. "Stretch out her arm on the stool, palm down," Andrew ordered.

Anyway, she shows great interest in me; she likes to hug me and bury her face in my fur. She is happy to be with me and is very comfortable.” For some reason, my chest rose in a fierce wave; I hated myself and roared. 'Get out!' Previously Andrew was a relatively docile wolf; he was strong but not the extravagant type. He nags a lot but always follows my orders, but lately, he's become more possessive and domineering. This made me uncomfortable, but I couldn't do anything about him.

But then… there was still Cecilia. “I’ve noticed our youngest is head over heels for you, Daph,” Andy said suddenly. “E-excuse me?” she whispered, shocked. “Yeah. I teased him earlier, and he blushed right away. I’ve never seen him this serious since Amber. Right, Andy?” She was speechless after what Laura said. So… there was Amber too? As Andrew limps and blood spills on the dirt around him, desperation fills the air. "Come on, Dad. That ain't nothing," Andrew's younger son yells, and the entire pack cheers in agreement. Menes roars and lunges, but Andrew seems energized by his pack's support. He lifts onto his back paws. Menes tries to attack Andrew's belly, but the older wolf is prepared. He latches his jaw on the scruff of Menes's neck and falls down. The weight flips Menes's wolf off of its feet. Andrew doesn't allow Menes to even process the movement before ripping out his throat and shifting.
