Kapan rayuan nakal artinya sebaiknya dihindari dalam percakapan?

Kadang aku bercanda nakal karena itu terasa lucu dan ringan, tapi ada momen jelas ketika rayuan semacam itu harus ditahan. Pertama, kalau aku belum kenal orangnya atau dia terlihat tidak nyaman — bahasa tubuh seperti mundur, menutup diri, atau jawaban singkat — aku langsung berhenti. Humor yang seksi bisa terasa menyenangkan bagi dua pihak, tapi mudah berubah jadi memalukan atau menakutkan kalau salah konteks. Kedua, suasana profesional atau di depan orang yang lebih tua/bawahan seringnya bukan tempatnya. Aku pernah lihat kolega yang ikut bercanda lalu jadi masalah HR; itu bikin suasana kerja jadi tegang. Juga, kalau ada alkohol, tekanan sosial, atau perbedaan kekuasaan (misal satu pihak menilai karier pihak lain), rayuan nakal harus dihindari. Intinya: kalau ragu tentang batasan, jangan lakukan — lebih baik pilih candaan netral. Aku jadi lebih memilih humor ringan daripada rayuan yang bisa bikin orang lain tidak nyaman, dan itu membuat obrolan jauh lebih santai menurutku.
