Fish scattered into shadows like ghosts, their silver bodies twitching with panic. The abyss, once his sanctuary, his secret refuge, pressed inward. Feeling the cold air made me wish for more despair in it. It already felt like a heavy burden. I need the chaos to spread, to create destruction. Only then will the madness give me some rest.
