Nikolas's POV I've never been afraid of 'monsters' per-say. I do believe they exist, I just don't think they are furry and live under the bed and in the closet. You see, I knew a monster once. I knew him so well that eventually, I turned into him. My monster didn't hide under the bed, no, he was everywhere. He was there when I woke up and there when I went to sleep. He took over my reality and if that wasn't enough, he also took over my dreams.
