“Do you want me to relay the message?” “Not yet,” the stranger replied with an icy calm. “First, we watch. We strike when they believe they’re untouchable.” He crushed the cigarette in his hand, the ember dying with a hiss. He leaned over the table, staring at the photograph one last time. “Enjoy your peace, Barbie doll,” he murmured, his voice no louder than a breath. “Because soon… I’ll take it all away.” Outside, the snowstorm raged harder, as though nature itself sensed the coming wAr. . There was so much more to take care of here than in my old pack. I threw myself into learning everything I could. I wanted to make Mom and Dad proud. One day, while making my usual rounds near the hunting grounds, a strikingly handsome face caught my eye. He lingered at the edge as if he were looking for something. "I'm Amy Geller of the Bloodmoon Pack. Do you need help?" I called out. The man smiled, warm as sunlight. "Hello, Amy. I'm Quincy Fairchild, Alpha of the Stormcrest Pack."

He threw the alcohol down his throat in one toss, the warm liquid sliding down his gut and overflowing the burning sensation. He watched the stranger do the same from his peripheral vision. “You look like you have a lot on your mind.” Jeremy said nothing, staring into his empty shot glass. “How about you air it out, stranger to stranger?” The stranger continued, forcing Jeremy to slowly lift his head. “Whatever it is.” Jeremy scoffed, signaling for another shot. “And why would I air my worries out to a stranger?” The hazel-eyed man shrugged. “For the same reason,” he replied, his lips curling off in the hint of a smile. “Because I am a stranger, who knows nothing about you.”

Their expression was calm but tinged with urgency. “You’ve come far,” the stranger said, their voice layered with echoes that reverberated through the very fabric of the room. “But your journey is far from over.” “I’m tired of riddles,” Jessica shot back, her voice rising slightly. “Tell me what I need to do.” The stranger tilted their head slightly, as though considering the question. “Do? There’s nothing left to do. Only to decide.” Before she could respond, the books began to fall from the shelves, each landing open at her feet. Pages flipped rapidly, revealing fragments of lives lived and lost, choices made and undone. Some showed moments of triumph; others depicted failures so profound

I said as I felt tears starting to roll down my cheeks. "Why do you said that?" He asked in a low tone and I felt his breath behind my neck. "Because they don't need me." I said, and having no control over my emotions, I broke down. "Just let it all out, everything is going to be alright." The stranger said as he pulled me to him and I sobbed in his chest, ignoring the reek of alcohol and cigarette on his jacket. ******* "Here we are." Jake, the stranger whom I had met, said as he opened the door to his old rack-shacked apartment.

I handed it back to him without looking at him. “There,” I said, trying to sound indifferent, as if this was just another regular moment in my day. “I’ll call you,” he promised, his smile almost mischievous as I turned to leave. “And I’m Evan by the way” he called out,But I didn’t feel like I was walking away from a stranger anymore.

Ivy gave her a meek smile as she watched the stranger led her friend towards the hotel section of the building. She spotted a man seated right beside the exit door. He had a flowing dark hair and it shined in the dimmed light. His hair reminded her of star gazing with her father and she found herself smiling at her childish thought. She couldn't see more of his face as the stranger seemed focus on a newspaper. She sighed and turned her attention back to her drink. Several men approached her but she shot them deadly glares and they all walked away. She kept taking shots waiting for Emily's text message until she became tipsy and she started blanking out.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I stood transfixed at that point staring at them, wide-eyed. I had only seen a naked woman once in my life and that was when I mistakenly barged into my mum's room. So basically the only naked woman I had seen was my mum. I was shivering as I stared at those strippers doing lots of dirty moves. I could hear people screaming 'Ella'. There was a particular stripper who was at the front so I deemed she was the Ella people were calling. She was very beautiful with a killer curvy shape. Her moves were salacious and lascivious. She had a very beautiful body and I couldn't take my eyes off her.

the stranger said. “Was,” I corrected him. “What do you mean?” the stranger asked. Telling him all I know, the stranger just listens. Once I was done explaining. We stood quietly for a while. Finally, he opened the book and started going through it. No expressions were shown on his face. “Do you have a name?” the stranger asked after a while. “There is one. Before I tell you, at first, there was only one initial. It’s at the end of that book. If you like, you may look at it.” I said.

Jennifer scoffed and said, "Wrong? Cedric, I'd know your phony, pretentious act anywhere, even if you were turned into ashes." She strutted toward me in her towering heels, her commanding aura making the crowd shrink back. "You promised to vanish when I kicked you out of the villa. So, what happened?" She stopped in front of me, looking down as if I were nothing but trash. "Now, here you are with some kid from who knows where, crashing the variety show I'm on. Who's this little act for?"
