CHOSEN FOR THE ALPHA

CHOSEN FOR THE ALPHA

Hold. Out. But every time I exhale, I find my gaze drifting to the window. The same window someone tapped. The same window Lyon walked straight to when he came back inside. It looks ordinary now. Harmless. Almost innocent. But I know better. I take another breath—longer this time—and stand. My feet barely make a sound against the floor as I cross the room. I lift the edge of the curtain just enough to see the yard. It’s empty. At least, it looks empty.

Revenge After Rebirth: No Longer Yours, Ex!

Revenge After Rebirth: No Longer Yours, Ex!

Julia’s POV Reaching my room, I leaned against the door, exhaling sharply as I pressed my temples. I entered and sank onto my bed. And for a moment, I let myself breathe. But then, a faint tink sound came from the window as I paused, my head snapping toward the window. Another tink came again, sharper this time, like a pebble striking the glass window. My pulse quickened as I stood, curiosity overriding my exhaustion. I approached the window, the curtains swaying slightly in the night breeze as I peered out into the darkness outside to see who was throwing little bricks towards my window.

She Was Never Just the Billionaire’s Wife

She Was Never Just the Billionaire’s Wife

The chair, somehow, keeps growing. I walk to the window and press my palm flat to the glass. The view is unchanged. But it does not love me back.

Marked By The Demon Triplet Alpha Kings

Marked By The Demon Triplet Alpha Kings

Dax's words were like a sharp knife that stabbed my heart, reopening a healing wound. His words were like salt that rubbed an open injury. It stung me, filling me with searing pain as I remembered my past. Transferring all the aggression on the windows, I scrubbed them with all my might, crying profusely. By the time I got to the brothers' window, I wiped my tears and cleaned my face with the dew that dropped on my palm. Their window was tinted in such a way that it reflected the image of the things outside only. No one would be able to see them from the inside.

The Billionaire's Hidden Triplets

The Billionaire's Hidden Triplets

My gaze settled on the window! I dragged the trash bin closer and flipped it. It wobbled under my weight, but I braced myself against the cold wall. The window was narrow and painted shut. I pushed. Nothing. I shoved harder. Creak. The frame popped open just wide enough for me to squeeze through. I dropped onto a bed of gravel and swallowed a scream. Catching my breath, I pushed myself to my feet and limped my way around the property, toward the main road. My phone vibrated with another text.

Reclaiming my Fated Alpha

Reclaiming my Fated Alpha

LAUREL’s POV ONE HOUR BEFORE HELIOS ENTERS THE DARK FOREST I haul myself up over mother’s old furniture, chairs, and cupboards to climb to the top of the stack where the window lies. And with trembling hands, I yank the planks off. The rusty nails give way, the wood crumbles and the dilapidated planks disintegrate into a flurry of dust. Then, balling my fingers into a fist, I smash the window. CRASH!

Dear readers, There will be no updates next week as I will be editing the free chapters as well as correcting the grammatical and spelling errors throughout the story. Please bear with me as I work on improving 'Reclaiming my Fated Alpha’ to make the story even more enjoyable for you :)

Definitely one of the better books on here. It’s well written with minimal errors. There were so many climaxes and conflicts that could have easily been made into plots of second and third books. Only thing I disliked was that the MC was mostly weak through out the story especially for being a Beta.

Claimed By The Predator

Claimed By The Predator

--- When I returned to my room that afternoon, I paused at the window. I don’t know what I expected to see. Maybe a smudge. A scratch. A sign. There was none. But I locked the window again anyway. And this time, I pushed a chair up against it. Just in case.

75 Days

75 Days

The front door of the store has been barricaded with an empty shelf turned on its side, but the window has been broken out, probably by vandals some time ago. Aaron is the first to climb up and over the shattered glass, and he bends down to help lift me into the store. A shard of glass jutting out of the window frame snags my shirt sleeve and it tears, but thankfully it doesn't break the skin. The thump of my boots echoes in the empty store as I drop down from the window sill, landing in a crouch.

His Wife

His Wife

As if he dared me to resist. Nervously, I ask him, “Wouldn’t it break?” Makes gives an amusing chuckle. I feel the vibrations from his chest. Max thrusts forward causing me to grip his arm. There is no creek or anything to show Max pushed his weight into the glass. In my ear he says, “This window isn’t budging. Not a bullet will shatter it.” He pushes the glass again, “No one can see in unless they push their face up to the glass.”

Running from mafia

Running from mafia

Oh yess the window ! I went near the window fastly opening the curtains .I trys to open them but it's locked. I tried one more time, still jammed, in its place . Out of frustration I punched the window which resulted in my own painful fist ,damn it's hurting like bitch. And I am holding my throbbing fist with my other hand doing some kind of panda dance jumping on one leg to other in hope to reduce the pain. During my jump my eyes went towards the window again this time I noticed the outside surrounding and got shocked ,I was so busy in opening the window that I didn't notice the outside world.it feels like I am on some kind of hill because I can see the lake far from here.
