She lunged at a soldier, dragging him to the ground as he screamed. Her teeth sank into his neck, the sickening sound of flesh tearing audible even over the gunfire. Timothy kept filming, unable to look away. The soldier’s comrades shot the girl, but it was too late. The man convulsed, his body twitching unnaturally before his eyes snapped open. Clouded and lifeless, he rose—a zombie now.

Carlos pushed me forward. “You purchased the tickets, you watch the movie, that’s what you get for bringing me here, wife.” “Let’s watch the trailer now.” I wanted to prepare my mind. “Too late.” As soon as I was settled in my seat I turned to Zane. “Tell me this movie doesn’t involve zombie-eating babies.” “No, it doesn’t,” Zane murmured and I breathed a sigh of relief. “It involves babies turning into Zombies.”

Todd didn't want that. "Back to the report, please" Todd heaved a sigh of relief as Karl opened back the notes. "So, what is going to happen to the bitten" Karl sought answers again. "Have you ever watched a zombie movie?" Todd tried explaining in the easiest way he thought Karl would understand. "Are you saying they will become zombies?" Karl asked excitingly. "Yeah, more like that" Todd hoped he had satisfied him. "How are we going to know you are not lying" Karl asked ridiculously. Todd was maddened.

It was surrounded by those 'walkers', stumbling around like they were in a trance. "What are they?" He breathed out, staring in disbelief. He chugged some water, letting out a sigh of hydrated relief. "They call them walkers." She pointed the screen down slightly to allow him to see easier and switched to the website she was reading. "There's information on them, finally." As Adam read, she watched his expression change from confused to terrified. "This is like an actual zombie movie." He spluttered, barely able to get his words out. Behind them, a stirring caught their attention.

Then Derek took out potion number one and poured it in his glass dropped Zane's hair in it and drank it up. "I feel a lot better now man, what were those? Potions? I mean, I have all my energy back now!",said Zane, who was standing up now. "I feel....I feel so energetic, Zane looked down at his hands, which were all healed now. But they didn't look like his hands anymore. He looked at Derek, but Derek was looking like Zane now. "Why did you transform me into you and you into me, Derek?",asked Zane, his heart breaking.

Bella grabbed Dylan and bolted for higher ground, blowing the whistle at her chest. "Don't panic! Get over here! I've got Caucasian Shepherd Dogs. One zombie's nothing!" At her signal, the biggest Shepherd launched forward like a missile. It locked onto the zombie's arm and yanked with everything it had. The zombie didn't move. I backed into the security booth and peeked out. Under the rotting flesh the dog had ripped open, dark gray metal glinted. The bone was so hard it knocked the dog's molar clean out. Three days in, and the zombies were already mutating.
