I frowned wiping my hands on my apron as I made my way over to her. “Can we talk?” She glanced around as if making sure no one else was listening. “Of course.” I led her to the back where the staff took their breaks and sat down beside her. “What happened?” Tara hesitated, biting her lip. “I… I met this kid at school. He was… weird, you know? He kept saying things about werewolves being real.” Her voice dropped to a whisper. “He said his dad was one.” “And what did you say to him?” My heart plummeted a cold rush of fear tightening my chest.

She knew she had to tell someone, but who could she trust? As soon as she walked in the door, her best friend Lily knew something was wrong. "Skylar, what happened? You look like you've seen a ghost." Skylar turned around, her eyes wide with fear. Then she took a deep breath and told. "Lily, I just had the craziest encounter in the park. I was attacked by a weird wolf." Lily's eyes widened in shock. "A weird wolf? There is not even a full moon . Are you okay?"

And I can't believe I slap and kick their leader who they fear the most! We need to get out of this island! "Chlo-Chlo? Are you ok" I immediately move away when she's about to touch me. He was obviously pleased with her words. “Hm… I could share my experience killing the strange creatures that live here. Okay, what is your opinion of the scariest and strangest creature?” Arnold asked as he folded his arms.

He patted Taz on the head and walked away. Taz wasn't satisfied with Niue's explanation, as he had had several nightmares about a massive werewolf in a blood pool in the past two weeks, but he hadn't told any of the history keepers about it because he knew they would get worried. They always get worried any time anything even the slightest things happened to him.

I let my imagination run wild, conjuring spine-chilling scenes and mysterious characters. The pack leaned in closer, their eyes wide with fascination, hanging onto every word I spoke. The suspenseful atmosphere made my heart race with excitement.

Jones stared at Claire as she whispered, “What happened next?” Suddenly, she was a little girl again. He used to tell her scary stories about werewolves, vampires, fae, and warlocks. May hated it, but he couldn’t say no when his little niece looked up at him with big eyes and asked so politely for a story. He would always stopped at the climax, sighed dramatically, and say that it’s too scary. She would grab his hand and say she wasn’t scared, that she would be brave. She would ask, so excited, “What happened next?”
