The female cats with their wolf pack mates stayed to the rear for the same reason. Most of the surrounding jungle was cleared away. Dmitri could see permanent living quarters in the distance, but their enemy wasn't yet coming out to play. The Moor said they had more than three hundred cats. Suddenly, gunfire sounded in the distance and it took everything Dmitri had to hold his position. Each clan had a job and he would do his. Esta noticed the large group of enemy first, kissed her mate, and charged with the other females. "I'm winning this bet, but I'll let you win the next one."

I smiled, bringing out the kitten with a red collar and offering him to her. “Another one? Isn’t Shu enough?” John frowned, glancing at Shu, who looked at him with annoyance. “Every member of the guild, especially those in the Adio family, are given a mau kitten. It’s best to train them when the hunter is young, and the cat can create a bond with them.” I shrugged, not caring that he would have to deal with two of them.

he asked and was about to remove my mask when I immediately stopped him. “Because mommy got a wound on her face, and it might spook you to see,” I answered and carried him in my arms with my sight not getting off his eyes. “No, I won’t,” he pouted and shook his tiny head. “I’m used to wounds and brutal cuts, auntie Nevaeh often brings me with her to treat warriors on the field.” “Warriors?” I started walking towards the river with the kid in my arms. Now would be a better time to go when I can, Reedkit thought with a lash of his tail. The silver tabby kit stalked away from the large family, eager to see the warrior's den and the apprentice's den. The warrior's den was a large den made up of brambles and vines from the willow trees. The apprentice's den was a smaller den with willow leaves that were patched to keep it warm during leafbare. Reedkit's tail curled when he spotted the elder's den, which was closer towards the medicine cat's den in case there was some kind of emergency.

“You should remember to call him crown prince as now we are in Caiwong. I am starting to regret ever touching you if this is how you receive my gift to you.” “You said a gift. Do you understand my blight and how I was able to kill those guards?” “Of course I know of your blights. The mountain tribes from where the Jungpi royal family traces their lineage had a secret cultivation method called Black Cat Venom. Instead of drinking it daily, your mother used the deep anger of your clan’s eradication to turn your blood into a reservoir of it. Unfortunately its proved difficult to control so you were sent back to where it came fromm.”
