But the control is out of my hands. Life does not always go how we plan. I haven't started this note because that I fear something. Yes, running away and starting over is scary and it makes me worry. But I just want people to stop worrying so much about the small, meaningless stresses in life and try to remember that we all have the same fate after it all, so do what you can to make your time feel worthy and great, minus the bullshit. I have dropped lots of my thoughts below as I have had a lot of time to ponder life last night. Of course, it's the middle of the night when these random things pop in my head most!

Unless…. She thought back to the Red Bull can. Maybe the darn thing had actually slid a few inches across her desk. Maybe the can and the basket hadn’t moved on their own—maybe she had somehow caused them to move. She remembered a special she had seen on TV, about a guy who claimed he could move objects with his mind. Maybe she was doing the same thing. But that was crazy, right—moving stuff with her mind? Either that was crazy, or she was. More likely, she was just imagining things.

Attempting to dispel the lingering unease, I muttered to myself, "Zaylen is the only werewolf around, right?" The absurdity of the situation crept into my thoughts, and a nervous chuckle escaped my lips. I couldn't help but entertain the idea of everyone around me harboring a hidden side. The idea was so outlandish, so utterly impossible, that I found myself laughing aloud. "Imagine that," I mused, shaking my head at the sheer silliness of it all. Werewolves lurking in every corner, behind every desk... It was the stuff of fantasy novels, not reality.

' Already for most humans, the only respite they find from their own minds is to occasionally revert to a level of consciousness below thought. Everyone does that every night during sleep. But this also happens to some extent through sex, alcohol, and other drugs that suppress excessive mind activity. If it weren't for alcohol, tranquilizers, antidepressants, as well as the illegal drugs, which are all consumed in vast quantities, the insanity of the human mind would become even more glaringly obvious than it is already.

Maybe this time I would be able to figure out the difficult puzzle. On second thought, I asked myself, what if thinking about this really made things worse for me? What if I go wild and out of control again? What if I thirst for blood and go on a killing spree? I stood in the bathroom and considered my options. It's a lot of 'what ifs' that I couldn't allow to happen.

And that… that might be the most dangerous relationship of all. I feel like I need a shower. And maybe a therapy session. But I also can’t stop thinking about it.

"That's why I wonder why I feel like that. It is so weird." I just wanna rid of the topic so I'll just divert the conversation. "Don't think too much about that, it's a waste of your brain cells. You might be exhausted when you come to class later." I'm joking here again. It frowned, looking annoyed. "Jeeezzz, maybe my brain won't function later because of what I'm thinking."

But apparently, Internet weirdos and self-proclaimed supernatural experts think they have all the answers,” she muttered into her coffee. “Keyboard warriors without a war to fight are capable of coming up with dumb stuff, and people who are bored will believe it just for something to do.” She looked at me almost apologetically. “Like head for the car.” I let it slide, honestly, I was trying not to laugh. I swiped through more notifications.

Sarah's POV I believe in the saying "expect the unexpected" for that already happened to me several times. I always think about what is going to happen everywhere I go. This may sound so weird, but overthinking a part of my life. I never think of any positive if I am only thinking for myself. As a little girl who grew up in a house full of arrogant and competitive people, I always think that something bad will happen like failure. So what I did to myself is to think advance. I always think of everything that may happen, but this one, this happening now, I really don't think of it, even in my dreams.
