I could feel my flesh burning and I winced in pain. “Stop running. You’re only going to suffer more,” he said as he entered the broken door. I ignored what he said and continued climbing up the stairs. It only took me a couple of seconds before I reached the line of tables in the very middle. The entire library was not in total darkness because of the light slipping through the glass windows from the outside. I ran to the east wing and hid behind the tall shelves while catching up my breath. The werewolf’s footsteps echoed in the air.

They knew that they were in for a wild ride, but they were ready for whatever secrets The Shadow had in store for them. As they waited for The Shadow to return, Celess and Steve exchanged worried glances. They both knew that they were walking a dangerous path, but they also knew that they had to uncover the truth if they were going to stay alive. Finally, The Shadow emerged from the shadows, holding a small black book in his hand. "I have some information that might interest you," he said, tossing the book to Celess. She caught it, studying the cover with a sense of trepidation. It was a journal - but whose?

I should frame this! I continued opening the pages of the book but they were just pure white and empty. I sighed , my hands dropping to the book. Maybe the whole point of looking into the box was to find the picture. All of a sudden my hands began to glow really brightly and so did the first page of the book, or maybe not!. What in the world is going on?

Alyssa exclaimed after seeing all the things on a particular page. "What Is it, Alyssa?" Asked Berk worried. "Don't worry Berk everything is going to be fine, let's go," replied Alyssa as she keeps the book on the floor. "Are we done?" Berk asked surprised. "Yes we are," Alyssa replied and they both left the room. As soon as they turned and left the room, the book closes back by itself, and the book cover reads; 'THE BOOK OF SHADOWS' and then the book disappears. . .

I found a book that seemed nice and pulse-racing, Blood Brothers by Nora Roberts. I took it off the shelf and looked back at Ashton who was now holding Jack in his hands. I went to the till and paid for the book. We then went out of the shop and headed to the car park. When we got to the car park, I got in and took Jack from Ashton to remove him from the cover and place him back on the stand. It was around 5:30 pm so we still had some time before heading home. Ashton read that from my mind and then he went around the car, got in and sat on the seat next to mine.

The world felt broken.
