Kitchen. I walked back inside, feet silent on the stone floor. The fridge hummed softly as I opened it, light spilling out. Bottles of water, beer, some weird energy drink one of the younger wolves left. I grabbed the closest one, a blue bottle with no label, and gulped it down in four swallows. It tasted sweet, almost fruity, with a bitter afterkick. Whatever. It was cold and wet.

Penny exclaimed in surprise just then, "F-Fleur only awarded me with Mini Cultivating Pills before, Mr. Wade. I haven't seen a normal one…" "Mini Cultivating Pill?" Charlie blurted, but just the name gave him a hunch. A cup of maple syrup could be diluted into twenty cups of low-sugar drinks—the logic certainly could be applied to medicine too. Hence, he chuckled, "That's not what I'm giving you. It's the Jumbo Cultivating Pill!"

He took a photo on his phone and Darien did the same. Zach passed the neon green drink towards Darien and moved the red one to his side. “It’s lime cordial based. "Which one should I pick first?" Zoe asked, pointing at the bright rainbow sherbet. "Hmm… maybe everything?" Bella suggested as her eyes sparkled. "I want Rainbow, Cotton Candy, and Birthday Cake!"

"There's a button on your armrest. Press it." Bianca pressed it, and to her surprise, a drawer slid out with a small table on top and various drinks inside. She reached for a bottle of freshly squeezed kiwi juice when Frost's voice came through the earphones again, "You can only drink mineral water! Anything else, you'll be allergic!" Someone had dropped gummy worms in one of the bowls. Sky reached for the ladle. Charlie moved faster. He caught her wrist just as she tipped it toward a cup. She spun around, eyes blazing. “Seriously?” He stared pointedly at the glowing blue punch. “Do you know what’s in that?”
