Being the queen and mother of our people, I should drink first, and then Maximo would do it. I took the cup in my hands and drank from it. Still, as I passed the bright liquid down my throat, I looked at the Elder, and I could see a smile on his face, which seemed very familiar; I even felt a shiver when he approached me to give me the cup. When I finished ingesting the elixir, I began to feel strange, even a little dizzy, and I perceived a taste of blood; I raised my hand and touched my lips; when I looked at my fingers, they were covered with blood, that was no elixir but blood.

The Council elder leader, Dameus is from the Dryad territory. "Our Elisa has transformed into a Blood Wolf this alone can save the future of the Blood Wolf bloodline. Alpha Eris have you made the decision yet?" He asked Eris. Elisa looked up to him waiting for his answer. But his mind was elsewhere his eyes landed on his mother's cold eyes. Something else caught his attention standing behind his mom in the corner of the room, the dark shadow looming over Iris' form. Her blue eyes no longer held pain, love and warmth.

until exactly twenty drops had pooled at the bottom. The elder pulled a strip of cloth from his sleeve and tied it around his hand to stop the bleeding. He then slid the knife across the table toward Travis. "Slice your palm," the elder commanded. "Let twenty drops of your blood join mine." Travis didn't hesitate. He grabbed the knife and dragged the blade across his palm. The sting was sharp, but it was nothing compared to the pain in his heart. He held his hand over the bowl, counting each drop. When the twentieth drop hit the surface, something strange happened. The two different types of blood began to swirl together, forming a strange, glowing line that shimmered like oil on water.

She moved among the crowd, her steps quick and purposeful, and returned minutes later with the cup brimming with dark blood. At the elder’s nod, she poured it over Anna’s body, the liquid soaking into her tattered clothes. “Next, the blood of an alpha Lycan will be need—” the elder began, but before she could finish, Damon sank his fangs into his hand. Blood welled up, and he let it drip onto Anna, mingling with the witches’ offering. The elder nodded approvingly. “Now the elders will recite the spells, calling on the moon goddess to revive this body.”

asked Leora later. Eleanor then began to tell the history of their family who inherited the holy blood for generations. This sacred blood is the blood indispensable to the vampire family. They need this holy blood for the survival of their offspring. There aren't many vampire families left, but they definitely exist and are always looking for Leora's whereabouts. She nodded and listened to what Eleanor said.

The first alpha of the pack was my great-great-grand father. Taika quickly rushes to the podium and nudges her shoulders to mine. I turn slurry to her and fake a wavering smile. There is just something off about her. I don’t know maybe I am overthinking it but she seems overly clingy. She grabs my hand and intertwines her fingers in mine. She clips it hard and I guess I have to do same. “Here is the silver blood” Elder hands me a small bottle. It’s the legendary silver blood. A lot of pack have tried to steal it as it gives the Alpha enormous strength. It has been passed down from generation to generation. Or rather eons.

I apologized. "Sometimes, we refer to breast milk as 'White Blood' because it's from the human body, but only the females," she explained, "It's very fortunate that the breast milk works with your system. You're not physically required blood like other vampires-so it's just a psychological need because you're part of them."

“Relax you fool, that was because she was of royal blood, pure royal blood in stronger no matter the shapeshifter, this girl is just a mere siren we can handle her.” “I hope you can, what is your obsession to siren’s blood anyway?” Briar asked confused. Penelope had sipped her bloody wine before smiling, “do you know about the shapeshifter blood war?” “Yes, the war between Sirens and vampires?” Briar says before rolling her eyes, “her majesty is looking for another blood war?” “No, I am pushing for the complete annihilation of sirens,” she says with a smirk, “you know the only shapeshifter that made it possible for vampires to walk during the day without turning to dust.”

“Tell me. Where is Rhoderick?” Eira pressed the bloodstained blade against his neck artery. Sweat drenched the Elder’s face as he panted heavily. Yet suddenly, his screams ceased. A stiff, eerie smile tugged at his lips. Black blood oozed from the corner of his mouth. Eira’s gaze sharpened, and she stepped back instantly. The whites of the Elder’s eyes flooded with black. Blood seeped from his seven orifices. His voice warped from an old man’s hoarse tone to a deep, bloody rasp.
