CHAPTER 7

"I TOLD YOU, I can take care of myself. Stop following me!" I furiously said.

Kendric was told to "babysit" her all day while roaming around the hacienda.

I thought my mother would let me roam around alone but after breakfast, mama firmly insisted to bring Kendric along with me.

"Do you think I also want this? I have other things to do," Kendric replied.

"Then leave me. Do your own thing. And please, stop following me."

"Why do you have to be so hardheaded?"

"I'm not! I'm just ---- Can you just send someone here to accompany me instead of you, you know babysitting me?"

He look at me straight in the eyes. He smirky play with his lips.

"Why? Do I make you feel uncomfortable?"

His words send tensions to her body. I try to ignore it and stay as composed as possible.

"Why would I be?" I nervously said while looking back straight to Kendric.

"Well, I don't know. Maybe because..." He teasingly said and slowly walk towards my direction.

I panicked. I step back as Kendric keep on walking towards me. While, stepping back, I suddenly slipped, luckily Kendric caught me before falling onto the ground.

I can feel Kendric's breath on my face. His left hand around my waist. Our position is intimately close, sending some kind of heat between us.

"I can still taste your lips on mine. Your moans are still hunting me little Nahli." He huskily said while intently looking into my eyes and down to my lips.

I was successfully captivated by Kendric's charm. Sensual thoughts filled my mind. The heat between them is intimately consuming her entire senses.

With so much sensuality, he claims my lips. For a moment, I wasn't able to respond. I stayed their with open eyes and totally shocked, as if it was the first time.

When I am ready to respond, Kendric suddenly stopped kissing her while looking into her eyes with a teasing expression.

Namula ako nang husto dahil sa nangyari. Sinubukan kong kumawala mula kay Kendric pero mas hinigpitan nito ang hawak sa'kin.

He closely lean on me and gently caress my face. I can't help but to look at him in the eyes. Desire. That is what's written all over his face.

For the second time, he look down on my lips as if he's wanting to claim it again. And I am right, he want to kiss me again.

Then again, he kissed me again, aggressively! Mouth to mouth, lips to lips and tongue to tounge. I can't help it but to respond with the same ferocity his giving.

Unconsciously, I wrap her arms around Kendric's neck, a sign that I am really drown in his kisses. While Kendric's hand is slowly heading its way inside my shirt.

But suddenly, a voice called them. Daig pa nang napaso ang bilis ng paghihiwalay namin sa isa't-isa. Hinihingal at labis ang kaba na naramdaman ko. Random thoughts filled my mind like "what if someone saw them?", "what if that person told their parents about it?" and etc.

"O ada kam ngay-an, kanina ko pa kayo hinahanap," anang ng bagong dating.

Si Mang Jose, isang trabahador sa sakahan na ipinakilala sa'kin kanina ni Kendric.

"Pasensya na Mang Jose, may tinutupak lang kanina kaya umalis ako ng di nakakapagpaalam." Pinanlalakihan ko mga mata si Kendric dahil sa tinuran nito.

Tinarayan ko ang binata, ikinatawa naman ito ni Mang Jose.

"Ganoon ba, ada na ngay-an si Liksi senyorito. Nakuha ko na siya sa kuwadra."

"Sige, salamat Mang Jose."

Pagkatapos niyon ay umalis na rin ang matanda at kami na naman ang naiwan na dalawa.

"Stay here, I'm gonna get the horse."

Pagkalipas ng ilang sandali ay bumalik ito sakay ng kabayo.

"Halika na." Saad nito habang nakalahad ang kamay sa'kin.

"Maglalakad nalang ako." Matigas na saad ko at nagsimula na ngang maglakad paalis.

Ilang hakbang pala ang nagagawa ko ng biglang may bumuhat sa'kin.

" Ano ba?! Ibaba mo ako!"

"Ito ang dapat sa'yo kasi ang tigas ng ulo mo."

Nakakahiya!

Binuhat ako ni Kendric na parang sako ng palay. Isinampay ako nito sa balikat. Nagsisigaw ako at binayo ang likod nito upang maibaba pero hindi nito ginawa 'yon hanggang sa maisakay ako nito sa kabayo.

"Bwesit ka talaga!" Reklamo ko na hindi naman nito inalintala.

Nang sumampa ito sa likod, nanigas ako. The sensual memories during their first meeting starts surfacing.

Nang hinahawakan nito ang tali ng kabayo gamit ang kanang kamay ganoon nalang ang kanyang gulat ng pumulupot sa baywang ko ang magkabilang braso nito.

"Ho-Hoy!"

Hindi ako nito pinansin at agad na pinatakbo ang kabayo ng sobrang bilis.

"KENDRIC! BWESIT KA TALAGA! PATAY KA TALAGA SA'KIN KAPAG MAHULOG AKO!"
