Liang Xinwei walked out to see Jiang Sese place her phone on the coffee table.

She hurriedly ran over, “Sister Sese, you…”

“Hm?” Jiang Sese turned to meet her questioning gaze, and smiled. “My cousin called you. I saw it was him calling and got worried that something was happening, so I picked up for you.”

“I see.” Liang Xinwei sighed in relief and took her phone. She pursed her lips and pretended to ask out of hand, “Did he say anything?”

“Nope. He was just asking if I’m with you.”

“Just that?”

Fang Yuchen had definitely called to ask about Sister Sese, and she hoped he hadn’t revealed his hand but accident.

However, seeing Sese’s normal expression, she was probably still in the dark.

“Yeah, just that.”

Jiang Sese stood up, “Shall we go?”

“Sure.” Liang Xinwei grabbed her bag, “Let’s go.”
