“Errhh… yes.” he groaned as he swung his meat unapologetically inside of me. I remember crying so much till I truly couldn’t cry any longer.

“Ohh Elsa, if you’re this good I might have to keep you for myself.”  My body was decorated by my own blood and I could tell that I was dying slowly.

Osborne relinquished the satisfaction he was feeling from thrusting in and out of me. He kept on slapping my cheeks on intervals, telling me to submit of my own free will. I could tell my body was weeping for me. I thought to myself at that moment; is this my fate? How can something so gruesome befall me?

I always knew being born in Bulgaria meant having a difficult life. But I never imagined myself to fall prey to such circumstances. The thumping resonated the place and I could see Baldur wearing a pleasing smile as he awaited his turn.

My life flashed before my eyes as I slowly gave up a ghost. But something was starting to build inside of me. I could tell, I was being empowered by a strange feeling… an emotion. It was the purest anger. I saw myself floating in an empty void.

“What do you want?”

I turned to face the shadow of myself that spoke to me. It was a strange feeling, my legs weren’t on solid ground yet I felt I was standing. The reflection of myself gave off a divine aura. The aura was so powerful i had to bend a knee from the weight.

“I want to survive, I deserve to survive.” I replied with a growl.

“If you just want to survive, then why do you think about everyone else in your dying seconds Elsa. You pray that they don’t fall victim to your circumstance. Didn’t you see how no one cared that you were being abducted. Not just because they were afraid, but because they do not give a damn about you. Elsa we werewolves have gotten so rotten and selfish on the inside that we only care about what serves us better.” The shadow of myself said these words with great pain that exuded through her aura and yet maintained a calm demeanor on the outside.

I mean it was really thrilling to see the mirror of myself talking with so much boldness and poise, I for one always had something to say but I was never really outspoken. “Werewolves are not all lost to their selfishness, we cannot generalize it. I've seen the love my father puts into his job to serve others, I’ve witnessed a stranger risking everything to save a drowning child. I've seen the joy in the faces of little werewolves playing together and it gives me hope. I believe in those little moments. Yes, we might be wild and flawed. But there is still hope for our kind. As long as it lives. I’ll fight for that little ray of hope.”

I could feel my swollen face and beating heart intensify after uttering these words. “You’ve answered well girl. People like you make us believe there is still light on earth. Now go. I’ll leave you with two gifts.”

“Wait but who are you?”

“Trust me you'll find out soon enough for your destiny wills it.”

“Will I ever get to see you again.” I asked.

“Oh yes Elsa Oppenheimer but you'll have to rise through the ranks of power. Become someone worthy of my time.” I was about to reply her back when I suddenly felt myself being pulled through the blackness and void. My eyes opened to the painful reflection of light.

“What have you done Osborne, she isn’t moving anymore. Do you think she’s dead?”

“Oh no, our client has already waited a week for this package; they won’t exercise such patience anymore.”

“What do we do now, your sexual urges have killed us.”

“Come on baldur you would have gone to, had she not died.” Their voices sounded like whispers as I slowly raised my head.

“Brother! Look what the heck I thought she’s dead.” Baldur said unknowingly, moving back as he spoke. Osborne seemed to have seen a ghost as terror took over him.

“It doesn’t matter now, Osborne. At least now I get to have my own fun with her.” He said regaining his courage.

“The few seconds I was back from the dead, I was thinking of the best way to kill you. But something in me just wants to eat you. You know slowly from your foot, and that's what I’ve decided to do.” My smile moved to one side of my face forming a scary smirk.

“Can you believe this, she has some balls now to talk. You'll lose an arm for saying that.” Baldur transformed immediately into a grey werewolf rushing towards me.

“You might be the dumb one, but you won’t be dying first.” As he drew in nearer I let the shift ripple through me, my hands elongated with claws following suit. They looked scarier now with extremely sharpened tips. My muscles bulged. In a split second, I struck.

My two hands met his snort in what seemed like an eruption. The collision had so much impact, that his skull twisted mid air. Baldur looked at me for that brief moment. I could almost see regret as life slipped away from his eyes. He dropped like a stone on the ground unmoving.

“Hmm, it seems I unknowingly went a little overboard. He was supposed to die last. I wanted him to see what would happen to you.” Everything happened so suddenly. Osborne, watching all this, had already wetted himself in the process. He couldn’t quite understand how a weak weak youngling could kill his brother in seconds.

My hands dripped in Baldur's blood as I walked slowly. Osborne noticing this unconsciously moved backwards until he fell. “Elsa you’re not like us remember. You are a good child, don't dirty your hands in blood.”

“You do not deserve to live, Osborne. You're pure evil and when I look at you all I see is darkness.” I couldn’t control it anymore the hunger and anger in me. I needed to eat, and I had an appetite for only what was in front of me.

Yes, I knew it was terrible but I didn’t feel that way. There was no room for pity especially if I wanted to grow. So I shifted into my werewolf self. Osborne had already crawled to the wall.

My hide was as dark as the night sky, soft like the clouds, and yet hard like a rock.” Right now I could see great fear in his eyes but he couldn’t move, he tried to but it seemed as though some force was holding down.

My razor sharp teeth dug into his toes grinding and ripping it out with a snap.

ELSA’S POVRodriguez looked flustered. The expression on his face revealed his embarrassment. His lips parted while making a statement but the words stuck on his tongue.“Anyways, be more careful with your lucid thoughts next time.”His hand met his hair as he scratched while looking elsewhere.“But what is this? You can hear my thoughts now?”“Yes, whenever I choose to. I can communicate telepathically also. The pack rules bind you and you will suffer if you violate them.”I turned to leave, and I had already taken a few steps when I noticed a looming shadow that stood above me. I turned back already knowing who followed me.“Elsa.”“Alex, you always pull up at the most unexpected time.”His lips curled in an elated smile as he got closer, taking me in for a warm embrace. It was the same feeling I felt every time I was with him, each time I wrapped my arms around him, there was this feeling in my heart, like it shouldn't end. But it always did. Incidentally, after thinking about thi

“You finally figured it out. It must have been a hard puzzle to solve.” Ha answered, his sarcasm obvious in his reply.“I told you to watch your back, no one humiliates me that way.” He got up from where he was, forming another fight stance.“So what is this, revenge?” I asked, stepping closer. Rodriguez was no match for me, but I liked his resilience; he wasn’t one to give up easily.“How about a deal Rodriguez?”He raised the corner of his eye. He stared at me for a while. After what felt like decades he responded“What kind of deal?”“It’s simple, if I lose this fight I’ll do whatever you say.”“No. That won’t be necessary, I intend on killing you here.” He replied, waving my words away.“Yes, you could end my life if you want.”“And what’s in it for you?” he shifted his leg, adjusting his stance to look stern.“You’ll work for me.” “Girl, you have some serious guts. You'll meet the gods today.”“Are you afraid to accept?”“Hahaha, you know what? I accept your request. This just

“Isn’t that the level four student who was angry when you turned him down?” It was Oliver who spoke and he just revealed some interesting information while looking at Isabella.“I feel sorry for him, imagine getting turned down by Isabella,” Brad said, laughing. Richard bumped his shoulders saying“Oh come on, stop messing around, you know how much of a jerk Athelstan was to Isabella.” “What did he do Isabella?” I asked. I didn't want to look too interested in the topic, so I wandered carefreely.Isabella’s face contorted in an unsettling way as she recalled the story. “Athelstan approached me in the first week of school, he professed love to me stating it was love at first sight, he said he could feel our connection… that I was his mate.”Everyone fell silent as Isabella narrated her ordeal with Athelstan.“I didn’t want to sound rude, so I just told him that I wasn’t ready for that, I also emphasized that I was a fresher. Athelstan didn't take this lightly, he felt his ego was b

“What the hell, that was so gruesome.”“She would have just targeted the eyes.”“I hate to be that beast.”“I think it was Oliver that killed the beast.”The students had a lot of opinions about the fight, especially the ghastly death of the monster. Many were surprised by the unorthodox method I chose, to kill the monster. But I didn’t really care about that, I was just glad it was over.“That was a good one… wouldn’t you agree with me, class?”It seemed mica had a few things to say as she got up to her feet.“Agree with you? We almost died Ser, this was definitely beyond a Ravage tier monster.”“Yes. It most certainly was. For those of you looking to work for the guilds and become adventurers, do you think you’ll decide the tier of the monster you’ll encounter while in there? Werewolves have only covered fifteen percent of the Elshire forest, with so many mysterious and unknown creatures yet to be discovered.”He paused, his gaze turned to me suddenly, it was as though he was tryin

“Oliver, it's right behind you!” I screamed out, to Oliver. He jumped up avoiding the strike to the leg delivered by the giant spider.Just minutes ago we had discussed our strengths to devise ways to end it quickly. Oliver and Benjamin were placed as our offensives considering they were stronger.“I want to be on the offensive too.” I said out loud, deciding not to be quiet.“What? You wanna get yourself killed?” Benjamin replied, his eyes seemed to be weighing me. “Besides, we will really need you guys to back us up on the defensive.” He added.“Thelma, be on the look out for the weak spot, you might notice while we are attacking.” Oliver said, releasing what looked like a trident. It wasn’t a lycan weapon but I could tell it was lethal. The spider had already revealed itself fully now. It was tall, reaching half the height of the colosseum. “Woahh!” Mica exclaimed, dodging a web that came from its mouth. It roared in anger, going straight for her again. Oliver rushed in with his

“What did you just say?” Daniel replied with a raised brow.“I mean… I don’t know if I’m strong enough to take him out.”“That is your problem. Do not disappoint the alpha.”“What if I get killed or caught doing this task?”“Then you should be proud of dying for your Alpha. But if you get caught, you know better than to mention his involvement in it. I wish you the best of luck child, try not to die yet. You interest me.” He replied heading to the stairway.Great, now I’m tasked to kill an innocent person. I can’t do that. It just makes me part of the system I fight against. I didn’t want to follow the stairway so I used the balcony again, bringing myself all the way down. Jumping and sliding down different platforms till I was back in the hallway I took off from earlier.I just had a few minutes more before my lecture, I sprinted as fast as I could, I left the castle grounds in seconds, the lecture wasn’t held in one of the many spaces in the school, rather it was held in the school
