Ten Years Later Harlan and Luna just celebrated their fifteenth birthday and we were planning on telling them about the prophecy. The day after their birthday, we called them our room and told them to join us in our bed. “Mother, father, what is going on?” Luna asks, “Yeah mum, dad, should we be worried?” asks Harlan.

Even though Leena seemed excited about the birthday party for her that evening, Lacee could tell that her sister was still upset with her for forgetting her birthday. It was Leena’s eighteenth birthday, a day they had been looking forward to for months. The two of them had been counting down the days until Leena turned eighteen, and yet, Lacee forgot the damn day.

Adrian asked. “Hmm! Well, my father will cook then I will bring it to school to celebrate with my classmate, then we will celebrate at home with only me and my parents. Our family of three. I never had the usual birthday party except when I was one and seven years old. Well, that was because they said that a person even if he can’t celebrate birthdays, needs to celebrate at least his birthdays when reach one, seven years old, and of course his debut or the so-called coming of age, when he reaches adulthood.” Ara replied.
