After Betrayed By My Alpha King Mate I Disappeared นิยาย & เรื่องราว

‘Why do you sound like a stuttering car? ‘Just get here,’ I mind-link back, teeth clattering. ‘On my way,’ Karl replies before shutting off the link between us. Karl has been my beta, and my best friend for almost a decade since I became Alpha King of the Kingdom of Dyana. An exasperated sigh leaves me as the cold continues to bite into my skin. I glance behind me to see my mate… well…rejected mate still standing behind, the door slightly ajar as she stares. I raise a hand at her as I try smiling, but she glares at me immediately and shuts the door with the finality of a guillotine.

He would use me, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him to my satisfaction too. Seeing that I was willing to stay still, Miriam began to dress me in the transparent white gown that she had brought into the room earlier. Once she was done, I saw a smile grace her lips. I bet she was happy to know that her Alpha would have sex with me for the night. She bowed her head and left the room. I turned around and gazed out of the window, my thoughts hovering. Within the span of a month, I had been rejected by the Alpha I thought was my mate, betrayed by him and my cousin sister, got pregnant—which was going to be a secret at this point—and I was also banished by my own father.

Now he looked like the blood had been drained from his body. Elias didn't spare anyone else a glance. He simply looked down at me, his voice low and gentle. "I'm sorry. I should've been here sooner." I stepped out of his arms and stood in the center of the firelight. Every eye was on me. Jaxon stared, as if trying to confirm something. "Alice, you... when did you—" I finished the sentence for him. "When did I become the Alpha King's mate?" His throat bobbed. His face was ashen, his voice thick with disbelief.

He extended his hand toward her, not as a command this time, but as something closer to an offering. “Come with me…” Katina stared at his outstretched hand, then lifted her eyes to the crimson gaze that had somehow gone from terrifying to something unreadable and strange. For the first time in longer than she could remember, she felt something other than dread rising in her chest. Behind her, she heard her mother’s sharp intake of breath. It wasn’t a sound of relief. It was fear. Because Lady Ashbourne finally understood exactly what it meant for the Alpha King of the North to recognize a scent no one had smelled in sixty years.

But suddenly, someone lifted my chin, and a stubbly face appeared in my sight. "Though she's worthless, she sure is pretty." The man licked his lips, his foul breath making me want to vomit. "Don't touch me!" I pushed him hard, suppressing my disgust. "Even if I'm not your Luna, I'm still Alpha Hector's mate!" Another round of laughter followed. "But does Alpha still care about you?" "Right, you've been abandoned by Alpha." "Alpha is with Vanessa now, he doesn't care about you!" A man grabbed my waist, pretending to kiss me. "Since Alpha doesn't want you, why not please us?"

“Yet you did it anyway.” His expression remained respectful. “Because the matter can no longer be ignored.” I walked toward the window. Outside, several members of the household staff were unloading luggage from the convoy, and my mind went somewhere else entirely. To the forest. To the woman I found there. My mate. I already had a Luna Queen somewhere in Lunavale, the Council simply didn't know it. And I wasn't about to tell them. At least not yet. Until I found her, announcing that the Alpha King's mate existed would only create questions I couldn't answer and possibly put her in danger.

My breaths grew shallow and I felt my chest ache with something like repressed fury. “Yeah, and guess what? She’s his son’s former mate. You know Dominic?” The other woman’s voice grew more excited because she had fresh gossip to tell. “He’s handsome, just like his father, everyone knows him, Lori.” The other woman’s voice was disbelieving. “What, so Alpha Matthias STOLE her from his own son?” “More like she moved onto another monkey branch once the future Alpha dumped her. He rejected her, you know.” A pause. “I cannot imagine the type of audacity I would have to really try to seduce the Alpha. Not just any Alpha, too.”

A sharp crack echoed through the room as I gasped for air, the wind completely knocked out of me. I scrambled up, not daring to hesitate, and dropped to my knees. I kept my head bowed, my forehead nearly touching the floor, because I was certain Alpha Kane was about to kill me. My mother had begged this man, had sold her body the very day my father was executed, all so we could stay in this pack. And now, I was supposed to be his mate? The irony was a physical blow, sharper than the impact with the floor. "Please, Alpha... let me go..." The words were a ragged whisper, torn from a throat tight with fear.

Just like I'd done a hundred times before. "She's gone now," Jason said quietly. "And you have no one to blame but yourself." I stared at him, the truth settling over me like a lead weight. Tessa. My savior. My mate. The one I'd destroyed. And now she was gone, standing beside an Alpha King who saw her worth, who protected her, who gave her everything I never could. I'd lost her. But I must get her back. I went back to my pack office and asked my new Beta Chase to exile Bianca.

I shouted threatening both of them but they just smirked at me as of they don't believe that I can kill them. "Thank you for bringing this bitch back to me, Tristan. Travis is such a weak alpha, I bet it would drive him crazy the moment he finds out that I have his mate and I'm going to fuck his mate until he can't recognize Milo's hole already." I shudder when I heard what the beast just said. No! There's no way I will let him touch me again. I don't want to feel him inside me again. "I'm done with my job here, you can do whatever you want with that boy, Alpha Roman," Tristan replied and he smiles at me evilly before leaving the abandoned house.
