While I lay weakly in the tub, different images flash across my mind in a blurred frenzy and a throbbing starts to develop in my head region. I close my eyes, willing the pains to go away, but it only seems to get worse, the images going by faster. As I try to pay attention to the details on some images, I discover that they look similar to what I see in my dreams. An object in one of the image changes its course, and it looks like it's getting closer to me. Suddenly, my eyes snap open, and I gasp in shock. The pains have subsided, but I feel a wet liquid trickle down my nose. I touch it and on looking at my hand, I find that I'm bleeding.

In fact, things only got worse. Evelyn started having dreams. Strange ones. At first, they were blurry. A woman in a white dress, giggling as she ran through a flower field. The smell of lilies in the air. Then the sound of people wailing. A scream. Blood staining a white satin gown. Each night, the dreams became more vivid. More real. She started waking up breathless, her sheets tangled, her skin cold. The scent of lilies followed her out of her dreams. So did the taste of something metallic in her mouth. Something like blood.

It felt like it slipped away like sand through my fingers. I know I just had a dream, so why can’t I remember anything about it? That’s strange. I tried again, but it was as if a force kept pushing me out of that particular space of my memories. I got up, and walked to the bathroom to wash my face, my head ached. A result of trying to forcefully recall the dream I just had. I bent my face and closed my eyes when I felt Something drop on the sink. I opened my eyes to see a dark red crimson liquid dropping into the sink. I raised my head, and looked in the mirror, I had a nose bleed.

Nothing could have prepared me for what I was seeing. I look into the eyes of Raoul. As tears fill my eyes, he seems to soften for just a moment, and then he bares his teeth. It is then that I see the blood cover and drip from his mouth. I shift my eyes from him to what he is standing on and see a mangled body. I then hear someone screaming, it takes me a moment to realise that I’m the one screaming. Everything then goes black… I throw my head from side to side as I shake my head in my dream, saying,

He ticked his brow up. “Ok, no. I missed one dose.” I say holding my side. “Only one dose?” He sounded shocked “Yeah.” I nod. “Doc, what the hell is this? Since when do dreams actually fucking hurt.” “Did you experience anything else? Smells, sights…” He asks. “All of it. I was there. Like actually there only…I wasn’t me. I was in someone else, but I felt the feelings. Whoever it was got bit and I woke up with this.” I point to my side.

But I was trapped in that surreal space, caught between the reality of my pain and the illusory comfort of Alfred's care. When I finally woke up, the morning light streaming through the window harshly reminded me of the previous night's events. The headache and the dry mouth were physical manifestations of the emotional turmoil I had tried to escape. The memory of the dream lingered, a cruel reminder of the love and hate that warred within me.

Liam hissed between clenched teeth but Mia worked on ignoring them. Her mother tried again louder this time: "MIA!" But Mia kept sucking faster than ever! Footsteps approached Matthew’s door now. His hand tightened painfully in Mia’s hair as he hilted fully down into tight heat of mouth; hips rolling desperately seeking release even though they were running outta time! I didn’t bite my tongue off, but it still hurts. “Why are you bleeding?!” I turn to him and quickly cling to his shirt. “Ezra!” I cry out. “What?!” He pulls back, gripping my arms to steady me. “What about Ezra?!” “He was in my dream, but it wasn’t a dream.” I’m slurring as I talk because my tongue hurts. “It was real.”

I don't think that watching me eat is going to make him full. Swallowing down what I had in my mouth, I reached for the water pitcher in hopes of not choking from eating too fast. Keiran noticed my reddening face and poured out a cup of water before handing the cup to me. If I didn't know any better, I would think that I am having a really strange dream. A dream where the strong Alpha of a werewolf pack is serving me breakfast at my beck and call. I think I slept enough last night. Why do I feel like I'm hallucinating?
