“Timothy, This is Bryce's father, Darell Collins, and these two are his brothers, Edward and Peter. Guys, this is Timothy Packard. He owns Packard Enterprises. I brought him back to talk to Bryce.” Timothy could swear she said the last pointedly. He relaxed and shook the hands of each man and endured a painful grip from each. Typical measuring stick of a man. See if you could make the other wince. He squeezed back with as much force and endured grudging looks of respect from them. Interesting that they were all back in the players area and that they’d sat in different areas for the game, although Chloe had said she’d gotten the tickets particularly for him. “Very glad to meet you, sir,” he d

but there’s a playground there now, one of the biggest jungle gyms she’s ever seen, massive and sprawling, like those at an amusement park, like at Water Safari over in Old Forge . And it’s glowing, pulsing with a haunting yet beautiful phosphorescence, as if drawn with a fluorescent neon pen and there are children everywhere, clambering up ladders, climbing ropes, sliding down poles and slides, swinging off monkey bars, running across play drawbridges. Children everywhere; bright, glowing children. And she hears—as breath on the wind—the distant and muted but joyous shrieks and cries of laughter. The little girl carrying her son’s toy disappears into the throng and though Ellen really can’t

But of course, we ran into a few hiccups while video calling at home. For example, we nearly got discovered by his mom. "Are you done with your homework, or are you reading comics again?" I looked at him in the video and saw that he was staring off into space. Upon closer inspection, there was an open comic book lying on the table next to him. However, when I yelled at him, Austin immediately whipped his head around and buried his nose into the revision books again. A short while later, he peeked at me again and gave me the saddest puppy-dog eyes.

Gia wrote four clean, simple lines in her notebook: Barn door hinge: Repaired. Orchard press: Completed. Cider carboys: Stored for winter. Life: Perfectly balanced. She closed the notebook, set the pencil down, and leaned her head back against Leo’s knee, looking up at the man who held her heart as the quiet night settled over Rhinebeck.

I checked the time in my car and saw that it was twenty minutes to 3 , and the drive from my house to the community playground was roughly forty five minutes so I was definitely going to make it although there was no point in rushing because I knew that Alpha Jax can decide to keep me waiting just to prove a point. I drive very fast and when I finally get to the playground, I see a lot of families having fun but I didn't see a glimpse of the person I was here to see. I checked the time and it was some minutes after 3 o'clock and I roll my eyes at his lateness before finding a free chair to sit down and wait for him.

His threat worked, the boys all took a glance at each other and then took a step closer to him, the spray paint ball that was hanging on their sides, slowly raised as they all aimed at Levy, she muttered a curse under her breath as she looked at the group and closed her book, she could, of course, afford to get smashed by a paintball but the same couldn’t be said for the books, these belonged to the library and in case she messed up and the books ended up getting dirty then there will be more of trouble heading her way.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR READING! Do add my other book to your library, as it will start updates soon. Title is Playboy Transmigration. Love you all. Muah!

the king said. “Of course, Sire,” the woman answered quickly. “They are in the playground , it’s their playtime.” She guided us down a series of wide corridors, the sound of children growing louder with each step. The space opened up suddenly, leading into a large outdoor area. A wide playground stretched out before us, filled with children running, shouting, laughing without restraint. Some chased each other, others played in small groups, their joy filling the entire space. Among them were familiar faces, the kids from Black Ridge. We moved closer, and the moment their eyes landed on me—

A mini book library, customized child desk and wardrobes, puzzles, block building. A mini playground at the corner. It was so amazing that I felt so emotional. Clothes, shoes and luxury weren't left out, they were sections for everything. Kelvin had rushed in to get a good look of everything, he couldn't stop glancing at them, his eyes sparkled in awe. “These are so awesome! I love the toys the most!” He shouted, picking and feeling the toys one after the other. I locked my eyes with George who was looking at Kevin with so much love in his eyes. He is going to be the best father that has ever lived.
