I tried not to tell him too much because I was sure he was doing the same. We ate every single thing on that tray and we opened the bottle of red wine. We were tipsy but I was sill very much alert. Supernatural creatures cannot get drunk on one bottle of wine, they have a high tolerance. So, I was just tipsy but it kept wearing off, so I drank more to get me that buzz. I did not want him to start asking me questions about why I am not drinking and make him think I am trying to get him drunk.

He seems to be drunk. I think he is a human since werewolves do not get drunk unless they drink special drinks which makes them crazy. The name of the special drink is called wolfsbane. I lay down in my bed. I am not sleepy now, so I have decided to think about the things that happened today to kill the time. Right now, I’m still a bit – shaky.” “Shaky?” Tex sprinkled grated cheese on the eggs, watching Spider closely. “You scared, man?” “Sure I am,” Spider said. “I think I’d be crazy not to be scared, don’t you?” “Yep.” “But I’m not just shaky from that.”

“And you’re drunk off your ass in a bar full of creeps. So here we are.” He pulled me to a couch in the VIP section, his grip still annoyingly steady. I slumped into the seat, arms crossed like a sulky teenager. “You gonna babysit me now, too?” Spider didn’t answer right away. Just walked off. He came back with a bottle of water, some greasy fries, and that patented "you’re-a-dumbass-but-I-care" scowl he wore way too well. “I brought carbs. You're welcome.” “Wow. A gentleman,” I muttered.

Spider moves to shove him away from me, and a gun shoots and I hear his body falling. “No”, I let out, falling on my knees next to Spider. He got shot in the stomach. I start putting pressure. “Help, somebody help”, I let out, but no one moves a finger. They all look at each other while Chris sits and places his feet on the table with his arms behind his head. His smile is sick and vile.

I asked confused. "Werewolves don't get drunk. That is why we put silver in our drink to make us lower our immune to it. "So are you saying my drink was spiked" he didn't answer me, instead he walked over to the couch away from his desk and sat. He drove a hand through his hair. It seems like a family Gene.
