THE ALTAR WE BURNED
Every false prophecy, every bribe, every manipulation they had engineered within the ministry—all had come to light.
Isabella stepped forward. Her voice rang out with the authority of heaven:
"This house is sacred. This altar has seen tears, blood, joy, and surrender. But it will not harbor the works of darkness any longer."
A murmur of agreement echoed from the congregation.
Arthur followed, his voice low but resolute. "We are not here for revenge, but for justice. Not our own, but God’s."
Suddenly, the air shifted. A breeze—though no windows were open—swept through the cathedral, fluttering pages of open Bibles, lifting locks of hair. It was the breath of the Spirit.
