Ninety days of little food and even less water, fighting off men and creatures that sought to destroy this ray of hope but even if it cost him his last breath he would bring the egg into Gesa, the new dragon lord lived there. I narrowed my eyes and moved through them, swinging my axe with deadly accuracy. “Eugenius! I already took your left hand. Now I’ll take your head.” I called out, pointing my axe at my predecessor. The red aura that has been growing stronger around me surrounded my axe. The blood of the men I killed for standing in my way dripped from its blade. It is time to fulfill the prophecy. I am the Destroyer, and the fall of Olympus is in my hands. I shall not fail my people. I will not fail this world. I will not fail Ismene-Eirene.

She wipes her tears and leaves the office. “Marcus, are we ready to go? I need to leave now.” I growled out into the mind link with my Beta. He knows we aren’t going to another pack. We are going to get Destinee. She has been sighted in a human town on the border of Montana and North Dakota. “Yes Alpha, we are all ready to go. Meet you out front.” He replies and I smile. “Good, I am on my way.” I replied as I packed the documents away on my desk. Grabbing my jacket, phone, and wallet, and head out.

Are you the king of our world? "No," Matter smiled. - I'm from another world. Your Guide has already exhausted its twenty-four transitions. He is very strong, which is why the First Ones could not break him. “Then why did she ask for your blood?” So you're still a conductor? “You could say that…” Matzher said reluctantly. – Sometimes, very rarely, almost never, the Guide, who has made the twenty-fifth Transition, does not complete his Path and does not lose his accumulated strength, but moves on. Such units, they are called Wanderers, their strength continues to grow with each Transition….

Hawaii, United States The honeymoon suite was one of the best in the hotel she had made a reservation at. Emma sighed as she took off the wildflower lei they had given her at the airport. She checked the itinerary, which was mostly designed for couples by default, but she decided to request a new one that would cater to her solo adventure. She wanted to do things on her own and explore each activity individually. The first one on the list was the surface diving adventure in Molokini aboard the Calypso. It promised an up-close encounter with Hawaiian green sea turtles, breakfast, and lunch served while sailing along the coast, and the catamaran even had water slides. However, Emma had no inte

She just nodded at me and before I went out, I glanced at the face of the man lying on the bed. I hope he doesn't come from there, because if it's the opposite of what I expected, it's going to be a big problem. After closing the door, I immediately went down from the second floor of the house, when I went down, I saw Felix and David waiting outside with two pack warriors. I went straight out and got into the car that was going to take us to a place I hadn't seen in a long time. •••

Wren's eyes sparkled with curiosity as she beheld the ancient world, teeming with life and vitality. "Life was simple," the voice continued, "with humans farming, crafting, and multiplying, unaware of the impending turmoil that would soon disrupt our peaceful existence." A dark silhouette loomed on the horizon, casting a dramatic shadow across the landscape. Wren's gaze remained steadfast, her heart filled with a deep sense of wonder. "It began with a mysterious entity, known as the Destroyer, descending upon our world. Disguised as a young man, the Destroyer possessed unparalleled wisdom and charisma."

“Good to hear from you, Argent. How are you?” I answer using the phrase necessary to confirm that it’s me. “I am right as rain, Logan. How is Bella?” Logan snorts. “She’s well. Any news?” “None,” I reply. “You?” “Cameron Mathews is flying to L.A. with the archeologist. I already gave them the plan you provided for the Cadeia and got the supplies ready for what he’ll need on this trip. Jaxon Maxwell and Priest Santos have been in contact with me and are planning on flying in as well. The plan to retrieve Willem Kazik seems to be running smoothly. You’re also set to fly in tomorrow. They’ll meet you at Hade’s home.”

It was cosy inside with the cushioned seats. "How long will it take to reach Arcane?" I asked yawning, "A day and a half. We will be there by tomorrow evening" he replied and looked at me for a moment and continued "You should get some sleep" Why does he care anyway? I nodded and he closed the door. This is it! By tomorrow I would be in a complete different place, with him. The Devil will surely show me his hell. I didn't want to think about him anymore as it would only make me more anxious so I closed my eyes and drifted off into a deep sleep.

My lips were cracked and bleeding. But at that moment, I found myself envying Daniel. Just like Simon, he had family who loved him with all their hearts. I had no one. After we got home, Carla stopped me and sighed. "You've suffered this time. Tonight is another drawing. If you're chosen again next time, I'll make it up to you." She stepped forward and patted my shoulder. "Whether you want a vacation, tickets to a soccer game, or even a hot air balloon ride, I'll take you."
