“He’s so refreshing!”
Auntie asked Finn to sing for them. He stood up, cleared his throat, and belted a terrible edition and version of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” soo off-key and, dramatic, his arms spread wide like he was on Broadway. Halfway through, he forgot the words and started making them up:
“Wise men say… only fools rush in… but I can’t help… falling in love with your daughter… and her excellent taste in lasagna…”
The table erupted in laughter, even Dad cracked a smile.
