I climb out of my dodge challenger and lock it. I went inside; the scent of food made my stomach growl. I look around to see Chandler; just my fucking luck. Aurora asked, her face displaying a large smile. “Yeah.” Xander didn’t say anything, his eyes remained on the mountain. “About the rogues, you told me you killed one of the hunters, didn’t you?” Aurora said, her eyes on Xander. I looked at Xander, dumbfounded. “You killed one of the hunters?” Xander sighed and looked at us. “Yeah, he was one of the rogues. He’s human,” Xander said, scoffing in disdain. “I want you to trace the scent. I need to find the mask behind the penetration of these filthy hunters,” Xander said and Aurora nodded.
