“Where am I supposed to sleep?” I’m used to this kind of stupid question. It’s posed like it’s something innocent, something genuine or fun, but really it’s a way to politely bash down a door that shouldn’t be opened. A harmless, kind of why not innocence thick in the tone. Underneath, there’s nothing innocent there at all. But Momma and me know, when we hear this Barney the Dinosaur bullshit, to pretend we believe the words are genuine. Everyone’s pretending something. Always. Anyways.

I wonder how smart these two could be if they weren't locked in the same room and didn't have to share their stupidity. Once again, Dumb proves that he hasn't fallen as low as his friend. He ignores the remark and immediately asks a question. "Where's the cloak?" Cloak? What cloak? Is he talking about mine? I haven't seen it in ages. Was that a question I should answer? And even if it was, how on earth could I tell them where a piece of fabric is when I'm clueless about the exact location of myself? I can't stop thinking about it- why would two rogues need a stupid cloak from me when they can basically buy or steal it anywhere?
