my whole body is exhausted, every bone, every muscle, every organ is tired from the whole day of training that was done to me. I don’t know if that can be called training because all day I did nothing but the thread mill, squat jump, jump rope, elliptical, jumping lunges. Yuichi just made me exercise all day.
