Sighing over the internal battle within my head, I look at Carter pleadingly “Ok I know this will be a lot to take in, but please just hear me out before you form an opinion,” I state to Carter. He looks up with a puzzled look on his face as I begin to tell him what has just happened. I ended the call, feeling how my breathing changed again.

Kioni I have no idea why I make myself run because it’s not something I enjoy but deep down there is this urge that makes me run. Today was different and I woke up with a need to run the extra mile this morning without care that my head was pounding, and my mind was going crazy.
