A Queen Among Alphas

A Queen Among Alphas

I growl and take a threatening step forward, but Jasper puts his hand out to stop me from moving closer to the prick. “Could you be more of a hypocrite?” scoffs Ace. I continue to ignore him. “I guess Beta Declan was right,” one of the other guys mutters and Jasper lets out a snarl making them all cower in fear. “Your former Beta was a traitor. Don’t put your faith in the words of someone who would betray his oath and his Alpha,” Jasper says menacingly. The smug guy doesn’t look smug anymore, now he looks pissed off for some reason.

Denae O'Connor
The entire 'A Queen Among ' series is fantastic. The characters are full of depth, and It's refreshing to see an author of supernatural dark romance novels take a different approach instead of staying with the same story tropes we've read a hundred times. Amelia is the OG Queen and I loved this one

What. A. Book. Read this in a day because i couldn't put it down. I've been reading books on GN for about a year or so and this has to be, hands down the best one i have read. This deserves WAY more attention. So unique! An empowering female lead who delivers from start to finish, we need more!

Alpha's Love

Alpha's Love

He mutters a few expletives as he glares at the floor, "Alpha ordered us to leave as soon as possible, but it was fucking too late because we all were surrounded." "They fucking brought down an entire army on us." His nostrils flare in anger, and somewhere his expression reminds me of Jarek even more because of the similarities they both share, "Their beta Micah was the one who reached out to us, asking for help but was the one who was the real traitor. He betrayed his club and his Alpha. He not only betrayed his own people but even cheated us by using our alliance as leverage to pull into this war."

he growled. “We know. We captured your allies, remember?” “No, no, you fool,” said Hogar, “There’s a bigger traitor than I am. And he’s close. I’ll bring him down with me. If I have to die, I want to do that much!” Jester and Alisa exchanged a look. ‘Here we go,’ thought Alisa. ‘I hope your hunch is right, but at the same, I kinda don’t want it to be true.’

The Traitor's Daughter: Elena's Redemption

The Traitor's Daughter: Elena's Redemption

the words escaped Lucas's lips, but all three of us knew they were our Uncle Dexter's words—what he'd ingrained in us, and I'd never doubted it until this very day, "Sooner or later, she'll reveal her true colors." "Then why the fuck are we even here? We should just leave, shouldn't we? Why do we stand for a wretched woman who, to us, will always remain just another traitor?" I demanded, frustration seeping through, "Why not banish her from the pack and eliminate the risk?" "You know we can't do that, Alex," Caleb stepped in, filling the void left by Lucas's silence, "She has to pay." Even he understood that wasn't the whole truth, and I knew it too.

The Alpha's Obsession

The Alpha's Obsession

Trust became a fragile commodity, and each step forward in the pursuit of truth felt like traversing a treacherous path. Finally, a breakthrough came when a trail of evidence led them to a trusted advisor named Lucius. His actions and associations pointed to his involvement in the vampire conspiracy. Confronted with the damning evidence, Lucius crumbled under the weight of guilt and confessed his treachery. "I was tempted by power and promises of greatness," Lucius admitted, his voice filled with remorse. "I succumbed to the allure of darkness, thinking it would bring me what I desired. I betrayed my friends, my kingdom, and myself."

I asked him and he looks at the flickering light in my room. "Who it was or who they were". He muttered to himself and I scowled. "You just said you found a traitor, who was it? a traitor mean one person, traitors mean more than one. Which is it, Reece?" I asked and he laughed. "It was one person, at first, then it became two. And although the second person isn't directly a traitor he is an accomplice." he said and I stopped pushing him to reply, he looked like he was in the middle of a conversation with himself so I let him be.

The Human Hunter and two mates

Lucia met his gaze, and for a fleeting moment, she saw a flicker of remorse in his eyes. With a heavy heart, Lucia revealed Damian as the traitor, recounting the evidence she had discovered during her trials. The pack erupted in a chorus of gasps and protests, unable to comprehend the magnitude of the revelation. Damian stepped forward, his voice laced with desperation. "Lucia, please!" he pleaded. "I made a terrible mistake. I was weak, vulnerable to the allure of power. But I swear, I can change. I will do anything to make amends."

Allison asked, then looked at me. Tito nodded before speaking again. "Stefano is my best friend, but he betrayed me. We had a business together, but he robbed me and took Annie away from me. He made up a story that caused Annie to leave me," he continued to say. "I endured the hardship for a long time because I didn't want to lower my pride just to get back to Adie. Until I couldn't take it anymore, I killed Stefano," he added, causing my eyes to widen.

Moon's Betrayal

I explained. They told me that it was them who were sorry because they never realized that she was a traitor. Apparently, it was Eslay who insisted that Madelina just be stripped and killed immediately for her crimes. They did not think to question it because everyone had been upset with the betrayal, but they knew that there were protocols for a reason. “We needed to talk to you all about the upcoming fight against the Nokaura. It was good that things worked out the way they did today because it would have gotten us all killed. Why don’t we head back down to my office, and we can talk?” I suggested.

Cruel Attraction

“Or maybe not. Do you want me to tell you?” I don’t want to hear his reason. No. Actually, I’m afraid to know his reason. “Don’t.” A grimace appeared on my lips remembering the smell of burnt flesh that night. “Don’t justify what you did.” Whatever expression on his lips disappeared, and his lips moves to what appeared to be a curse. “ Why would I justify killing those traitors?” I yanked my hand out of his hold. “What do you mean? They are traitors?” “ Yes,” he firmly said. “Your father trusted the wrong troop, Gabriella. If you won’t burn the rats, they will just pester the shit on you.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Man, 'The Traitor' is one of those stories that keeps you guessing till the very end! I spent weeks analyzing every clue, trying to piece together who could be betraying the group. At first, I suspected the quiet, unassuming character—you know, the one who always seems too innocent to be true. But then, the plot twists hit like a ton of bricks. It turns out the traitor was the protagonist's closest ally, the person they trusted the most. The reveal was so gut-wrenching because it wasn't just about betrayal; it was about how deep the deception went. The way their motives were slowly unraveled, showing a mix of personal vendetta and ideological clash, made it one of the most memorable twists I've seen. It's the kind of story that makes you question everyone around you long after you finish it.

What really got me was how the narrative played with expectations. The traitor's actions were framed as heroic at first, making their eventual downfall even more tragic. The author did a brilliant job of hiding the truth in plain sight, dropping subtle hints that only make sense in hindsight. I love how it challenges the reader to think critically about loyalty and trust. It's not just a whodunit—it's a deep dive into the psychology of betrayal.
